I'm reading on Facebook groups about people saying their car insurance is double what they were paying in NJ or NY. Then some saying it went down. What's the truth?
Hi Jeremy. Do you have videos about quiet areas of Myrtle Beach that are easiest for retired couples (who aren't necessarily beach people) with amenities and conveniences evfn without a car. Including shopping and food deliveries, medical services, stores, restaurants etc.? Also the issue of hurricanes (instead of snow!). How does Myrtle Beach compare with Charlotte NC for Canadian snowbirds?
Jeremy you really need to a video on how much home owners insurance cost in zone A ,B ,C, I live in zone B , and its insane Even with high deductible and have no claims this is the biggest rip off down here thank you for your input
Hey Greg! Great seeing you back! Yes, Insurance has definitely gone nuts here at the beach over the past 18 months. Unfortunately, prices of insurance has gone up across the country in exponential amounts. Hopefully they can get some control on it soon!
Love watching your videos. What do you think of Southern North Carolina? My mother lives in Jacksonville. I want to make the move down south bad. I'm more of a northern myrtle beach kind of guy. But I don't want to be in the center of tourist. And jacksonville seems a little to boring for me. You have any thoughts on NC? Thanks man!
Thanks for commenting! Unfortunately I'm only licensed in SC, so I don't really know a whole bunch over the border. There are however some great options in North Myrtle, Little River, Longs area where you wouldn't be too far away!
