We just went to Thailand last November for 3 weeks and we really enjoy eating Thai food, fried Chicken eating with the sticky rice and papaya salad that's the best
@@grumpsnzPlease allow me to jump in, the best time to travel to Thailand is Nov-Feb which is dry season o f Thailand, not too hot in Bangkok and you can experience cooler weather in Chiang Mai.
For November in Chiangmai, most farmers will start burning the rice field. This will create lots of pollution. Just some information to you to consider.
Mr. Gary this clip is very well presented. You eat very deliciously. Watching it makes me hungry. I have to go and eat like you. I follow your clips all the time. Thank you.
Yet another great video Gary! 👌🏼👏🏼🍗🇹🇭😋 I clicked on the pins to save them on my Google Maps, but I've already saved them from watching your previous videos! 😂 Bangkok now looks like one big green "want to go" pin, until I zoom in a bit closer! 😂 Thanks for the heads up and keep up the good work. 👍🏼👏🏼🇹🇭💙
It's all good, especially with all the great collabs with nice and genuine people Gary. Not sure it was safe to consume that fried Convent fried chicken during the not so safe water festival lol..
Team up I wasn’t expecting but am totally here for! Some of my “must watch every episode” RU-vidrs!! Max and Gary (and Joe of course) need more colabs! Like hanging out with mates watching these
Som Tam Thai 😋❣yes it`s the first dish i will eat when i`m in TH in Jan. Fried chicken is always a gofor it, but only in Thailand, i love spicy sosses with many diff ingredients, it is heavenly good - no more words, just arroy mak mak !Yummy yum yum👍Garry !
Glad to hear you love it. It’s the best for me too. To explain more about the sauce Gai Tod Hatyai has its ‘Nam Jim’ which it’s savoury, sweet and a bit of spicy. But it's not ‘nam Jim jaew’ and it is also not the normal ‘Nam Jim Gai’. I prefer the original one.
I totally agree! I had some fried chicken in Koh Samui last year and OH MY GOD!!!! I'm going back this year and I can't wait for that chicken again! Un-Real!!! And it was just a little old Thai lady working on a stall! Best fried chicken I've ever had!
Love love love fried chicken, it's one of my favorite things to eat.. that nam jim jaew sauce looks incredible, I look forward trying to make it myself
Can't agree more. Thai Fried Chicken is the best. Blows away all other. KFC (the worst), Jollibee (2nd worst), Popeyes is not bad, Wingstop is decent but pricey. The best part about Thai fried chicken is that they are everywhere, on any street, inexpensive, and always good.
Number 2 looks the most promising with number 3 . I seen polo fried chicken but I am not sure the hype other than the garlic bits which stop2 from the uni as you stated shits over polo😂.
As a person just back from Hat Yai, there is no fried chicken like it anywhere else, and not any 2 are the same there. If you are a fan of fried chicken than you will love Hat Yai
Hello Gary I recommend you and your friend try to eat boiled rice that is so many place in bangkok. You should start at Khao Tom Bowon that opened for 70years
What puzzles me is why KFC fried chicken is so popular in Thailand. Not the original recipe fried chicken, but the crispy spicy one. Dry fried chicken in crispy batter with chili powder smeared on the inside. I think it's awful but it's the only one that sells. Many KFC outlets don't even bother with Col. Saunders' original recipe fried chicken. And all this when a few minutes walk from the average KFC you will find Thai style fried chicken with sticky rice for much less than KFC.
#garybutler-roamingcook what is wrong with you liking dried chillies? It’s like dried chewing gum. Brings nothing to food. Fresh green chillies are way to go 😉 Btw are you gonna actually cook something?
@@theroamingcook 😂😂 did I hurt the feelings of Thai people? 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 it’s true what can I say Korean fried chicken is hella good, way better than Thai, sorry bruh
