Great summary man. Do you shoot photo and video on a wedding day or is it one or the other? I'm currently shooting video at weddings on the EOS R, and I'm on the verge of upgrading to the R6mk2 so this super helpful. 🔥
I’m glad it was helpful! :) I can do both so it depends on the client. On the last wedding that I had I was a solo shooter and did both photos and video myself with the R6mk2. I find the video results that I get from the R6mk2 on a completely different level compared to the Eos R.

You should not make reviews at all, if you will fail to mention the overheating issues of this type of camera. 4K60 is advertised as a big draw, but in fact this camera will overheat shooting less than an hour of 4k60, right? That overheating problem may affect whether one wants to use this prone-to-overheating camera to film a wedding. I can just imagine the cursing, if someone listens to you, then tries to shoot 4k60 for four hours with this camera.
