They and the bunnies get me out of bed even on bad days I need to feed the babies;) Then the circle of life in the garden raising animals for pets and meat you can use the fertilizer and burry the remains We burry evey bone now instead of sending it to the Garbage dump Lol yes mulch love lol
Is it ok to have a couple chickens run around the dog yard then? We usually pick poop up and put it in one spot I don't want the chickens getting into that pile I would block it off cover it up But they would eat any bugs and till the soil some in the dog yard I would make sure the dogs are not out there I have a big dog
Our chickens run pretty much where-ever they want, which includes where Cort (Our Pittbull) does his business. We do tend to pick up Cort poop, but only because I don't want to step in it lol. They are much better for poop maintenance in pastures with cows and sheeps.
@@CopperKettleFarms yes I hear they are great for that Ya I don't like Steppin in the dog poop too lol We compost it with weeds we don't want in the garden and grass and some rabbits bedding that has lots of hair This after a few years we take out in the dog yard to grow grass on it better lol It works out after well decomposed
