The fact that Vizima is not a place you can visit was very sad when I booted up the Witcher 3. After playing the Witcher 1 i wanted to see how Vizima changed in the aftermath of the events of the first game.

I totally appreciate it can be difficult especially as the names are Polish originally, but the characters say all the names of the places to the character. Maybe he just played with the subtitles on and dialogue off? I don't mean to hate at all as the video was great!

Luke Nicholson Original Music not just written, as I said it effects how your brain “creates” the word before you say it and how your brain says the word, which thus makes you say the word ESO constantly makes mistakes in voice calls to us moderators mispronouncing our names :)

@@jekanyika If you pay attention throughout the game the different npc's will pronounce these names both ways as well, like the difference between people in rl saying "Norfolk" vs "Norfuck" or "New Orleans" vs "New Orleens." It's a cool little detail.

@detail number 4 - in the last Witcher book there is a subplot about two sorceresses researching the story of Geralt and Ciri happening about a century or so after the events. They repeatedly state that no portrait of actual Ciri exists, that all of them are artists' impressions - except for one portrait suspected to be the real deal, but which they later on confirm to actually be a portrait of Ciri impersonator (some random girl that Emhyr presents to the world as Ciri and marries her to become the rightful ruler of Cintra). This painting kinda matches the description from the books, so I have always assumed it wasn't avtually Ciri, but a portrait of fake Ciri.

@@Svilco in the last book of the Witcher saga - Lady of the Lake...although I would recommend just reading through the entire Saga, starting either from The Last Wish or the Blood of Elves. If you liked the story in games, you're going to love the books, as CD Projekt did really well when adapting Sapkowski's style, but the original is the best; the games are, well, games after all, they do sacrifice storytelling for gameplay purposes and due to budget/technological limitations;- the books are just pure story, with no limit other than Sapkowski's imagination.

Slightly off topic but I did almost the same thing in Skyrim on the mountains next to the R as you enter the open area of Dawnguard Castle field (up the hill to R of waterfalls/pond) If you take your horse over these mountains you end up in a very strange place w/practice animations & an endless field. I rode for in game hours toward nothingness & the little island of "reality" sunk farther away. Then I got bored & turned back to go werewolf something.

There's another section in Skellige, deep in a cave, where you can see the "back" of the world as well - don't know if it's involved in the game or not - never followed Hjalmar on his quest to kill the Berserkers, so it may have something to do with that....

Curse relapsed again. In Witcher 1's intro you can see the scene in the books.They aren't related. After many years, curse relapsed again. Geralt lifted it again.

1:35 that's not entirely true. Yes, normally you would play some hours until you go to Skellige, but you can get there pretty fast and skipping all the Velen and Novigrad quests. As you didn't learn anything regarding Ciri the Dialogue with Yennefer in Skellige is different and she is a little bit pissed.

How fast can Kaer Morhen be accessed though? I am all for getting witcher sets as fast as possible, and the wolf set is in Kaer Morhen, which normally is accessible on the last stretch of the main story events.

They should put a secret boss or easter egg outside the palace I think you should be able to find a magic lamp by the lake that contains the Game Genie but to get the lamp you have to swim to the bottom of the lake and battle the Gameshark! The Gameshark will follow you on land and If you win the battle and get the magic lamp you can make three wishes from the Game Genie from a series of choices. One great example would be to remove the level cap or have Infinite Sprint or restart a specific quest or Get a million gold, or to free the Genie ect...

Hi Eso, new subscriber here. You're fig bonsai looks like it's dying! It needs sunlight, misting and a thorough watering. Then let the soil almost dry out before watering again. Mist it regularly. It needs to either be outside during the day and behind curtains at night or very near a window day and behind curtains at night. Hope this saves it, if it's still alive .

For number 5, you can also gitch from the upper left corner of the map and just walk right through it. Don't know if anyone else found this

King Foltest didn't lose the palace to the Nilfgardians -- he was killed at the beginning of The Witcher 2 by another witcher. At the end of TW2, someone else is occupying the palace (exactly who it is I don't remember, but I believe it depends on your choices during your playthrough). The point of the matter is that Temeria loses its independence, but King Foltest was dead long before that.
