Absolutely correct.and adds to the shock is what amazing work Paoli has done in bangla cinema since that movie.an artist of such calibre being subjected to such disaster.
@@TriedRefusedProductionsWhy don't you watch Bengali movies? some of them are really cringe ! you should add them on your next "Matlab Kuch Bhi " episode . 🤷
a small correction , in vallavan movie flashback str unintentionally bumps into reema sen she slaps him by calling him creep , next time she bumps into him accidentally , str slaps back for revenge as she slapped him earlier when he also accidentally bumped just like her
hEY jammy I'm such a huge fan of this channel especially Matlab kuch bhi series. But the point is like you provide subtitles for telugu and tamil disastrous content in English, do the same with Hindi dialogues with English subtitles. This ain't a request but purely a demand out of fans across non hindi speaking regions. By the way I love the way you roast telugu cringe content, happy there is atleast one creature on earth that finds cringe scenes as cringe as it is. Your smile and blush of helplessness is Epic
Can we at least appreciate Anmols dedication to watch all this ‘sophisticated’ content and still present it in a entertaining way. I would have ripped my hair off 😂
Omg so happy to see Saunkan Saunkane here, I saw that movie at my relative's house on TV, and it was absurd how okay my relatives were with the premise, and how mindlessly they chose forms of entertainment.
Bhai sometimes reality is even more bizarre than movies Ive known a couple where elder sister couldn’t conceive she get her husband married to her real younger sister now they are living happily for five years as a family and still they did not conceive 😂😂
Love this series. Can’t understand how the actresses can agree to something so cringe. Hats off to you for going through the pain of reviewing such movies😂😂
@@AK-sp4sqso true I can't understand the hypocrisy of today's generation who criticize the films of 90s and 80s saying they are toxic and backyard and the previous generation who celebrated those films by calling them dumb but today generation itself is celebrating films like animal and shows like 4 more shots which are a cringe fest truly this generation is gen-du generation
Srk movies have lots of cringe 😂 why don't you mention that? Jab harry met sejal is the biggest cringe ever 😂 By the qay, Dumki warr gaya 😂 Salaar crosses 700 crores 🎉
This TRP video is just engraved in my brain....the trauma just hearing the script of these movies I think I can never recover from this I can only imagine what it would be like for Anmol, he really dives into these awful things just to make another banger video...The Real Content Creator
If you haven't watched the scene where Upendra goes into WWE mode and punches and kicks the heroine of the movie and her mother, you haven't watched anything. Fun fact: That heroine is his real life wife
I watched that movie on 2x on yt skipping all unnecessary parts still carry the regret of wasting time on it. I felt bad for those who watched it in theatres.
Bro, it would be really helpful if you can make a separate playlist for all this amazing videos, which would be easy to look up (I could not find smart filter to do it for me). This is really one of the best thing available on RU-vid.
@@slayer81 Yeah but those movies also had a sense of honesty , earnestness and innocence that today's modern movies clearly lack, Nowadays movies are made by money hungry perverts for perverts.
i remember watching Raja as a kid with my mom on the TV (probably age 10-12 or something) and even then i found it more fked up than romantic Now that i think about it im lowkey proud of my younger self loll
by god, being a Punjabi myself, I was SOO excited for saunkan saunkane to release(considering it had a pretty popular cast) and had such high hopes for the movie hoping it'd end with the couple adopting some kids or deciding not to have kids. The ending truly traumatised me and disappointed me. I wanna know what was going through the actors' heads during the script selection. The worst part, there were so many ppl who said the movie was so good, from a comedic point of view, I can't see how.
Commenting on something criticising after hearing someone without watching the thing? You have to watch it then say whatever you want.. but without seeing it you are just showing that you get manipulated easily
Mere bardasht ki ek hadd hai, please don't limit the cross. No MATLAB KUCH BHI episode is complete without that line😂😂. Good that you included a punjabi film, do take a look at Carry on Jatta 3. Its one of the highest grossing punjabi movie, really funny and entertaining but deserves to be in these videos as well.
Jammy, I know the second movie is problematic but it is the sad reality of our country. I'm from an upper middle class family but the need for a child from their own bloodline is so absurd that the movie and its plot are sadly realistic. Many people wont get it but ask people who are married and trying for a child. No wonder it was the secodn highest grossing movie in Panjab
Aside from cringiness these films contain, its very important to talk about the effect of objectification of women which has spiraled into minds of people who have watched these movies from decades,Jammy if u read this comment by any chance,i would like u to see an episode of Satyameva Jayate where Amir discusses about such image the bollywood has lived upto now regarding degrading women, and showing toxic masculinity shown as healthy in movies,I hope u watch that! That episode included Deepika, pareeniti and kangna! Great work though👌👌
Buddy nothing against you, you did a fabulous job it’s just that my skin literally started to peel in real time, from the cringe. So I’m gonna have to stop this video at 4 min and 03 seconds. God bless us.
As a Punjabi, I know the plot of Saunkn Saukane was wierd but it was setup in 80s or 90s where these things were real. I am not justifying anything but let me tell u Punjabi movies are known for their comedy scenes, Comedy movies are more likely to watch by audience here. So plots might be wierd but as they are presented in a comedic manner , it make it become a blockbuster
Jammy you should explore upendra filmography more. You can literally a separate video on him. Somethings are geniusly done and some are too problematic.
i have problem with the line where jammy says "those where the times where there where no rules" why should there be rules for art? art is bound to be free. Art is an expression. And The point you've got to understand is jammy that..every film doesn't age well, every film isn't a timeless classic. Those films had the target audience of that time period not ours.
Saunkan saunkne was a really disappointing movie. I couldn't believe that actors could actually work in and support such movies. So, absurd and misleading.
Was watching this while having tea and seeing the opening I was like WTF. What was even more funny was when I saw Jammy in the same pose as me with his mug....
After recent Baalayya bashing (by me as well) in many videos, let's detox with some of his good movies - Aditya 369 (based on time travel) and Bhairavadweepam (folklore-fantasy). Of course, we need to thank director *Singeetam Srinivasa Rao* gaaru for that. He's a living legend!
That Punjabi film is the most problematic because it's actually not as bizarre as the rest, and the situation is treated with a level of seriousness. With the news of a bride's sister being married to the groom after she died from a heart attack on the day of her marriage confirms that. While it is not the same as having two wives, the principle is the same - a woman has only one purpose in life, i.e. to make a man happy- with sex, with giving his baby, with her service to his family or her eagerness to find her replacement.
I am really trying to understand the desperation or the kind of pressure these female actresses had to gain name in the industry to take up such atrocious films with these idiotic male actors and idiot directors and writers. It is sad
I am soooooo traumatised watching this video. 😭 I know you must have felt the same after creating this content 😂Kudos to you for being able to watch these movie scenes and create this content. 👏
Jammy, you should upendra another movie "Uppendra" yeah that's the title, The most twisted illogical weird movie ever, and also it has Raveena Tandon playing the second female lead
saunkan saunkne climax is more dark. In the end, after years of marriage Ammy Virk character turn into a mentally disturbed person. both of his wife and children ruin his life forever
I'm from UP. My friend's (female) father has got married twice coz his first wife couldn't give him male child. From 2nd wife he has two sons. Now both the wives and 3 children live under the same roof. Only God knows what they go through emotionally.
Never thought I would see a Punjabi movie mentioned in your videos but thank God. I thought I was the only one wondering wtf they were smoking when they made that video
I remember seeing Raja as a kid but didn't remember it being that insane lmao. The Punjabi movie with the 2 sives, well, the premise isn't that crazy imo. I'm 100% sure I've seen scenarios like that reported in the news or in social media "real life stories" type of posts before.
I usually agree with you but i loved the movie saukhen saukhane It is set in an older punjab setting and in the end they have showed the man going crazy and had discouraged audience from polygamy . It an all over comedy movie. Lots of love jammy❤
