You are not alone. It is even hard to pray, but pray. We have to go thru pain to get to heaven, and when we believe in God, our pain does go away, or subsides. Believe in God and repent our sins, and our eternity will be in heaven. Rotten people get what's coming to them, no matter what they do, even giving us a dirty look will haunt them and they will indeed pay no matter what they put out there! Even though it seems like we are here for a long time, it really is not that long, and when we go to heaven there will never be pain.

You may need to try a detoxing (from foods, people, certain ways of thinking, and locations) I had similar situations and reactions and thought I was going crazy for a minute because I KNEW it wasn't me who was agitating these situations. Take mental timeouts (go to a room, turn off the lights, burn a votive candle (even a tealight) and just meditate (start with 5minutes and work your way up) sit with your eyes closed and use the sound of the candles' light to help you ease away from thinking of things. Its like giving your brain a rest. Take walks, try fasting, take up a hobby that consist of you hand and eye coordination that way your thoughts will all be on your hobby not to make room for the negativity you may have encountered.

Obviously, without knowing you or having insight into your life up to this point in time, it's not easy to pinpoint the cause of you feeling the way you do, and likely it is a culmination of events or "things" that has brought you to where you are now. I will share with you some of my experiences, and maybe somewhere in between the lines, you will find something, or many things, you can relate to. First, I have discovered and accepted that I am not who I believed I am. One example of this is I am an introvert, but for the first 30 years of my life I believed I was an extrovert. To some, this would be a minor example, but my whole personality was developed around who I believed I was, not who I am. I realized I am not who I believed I was. I didn't "know" myself anymore. Introvert/Extrovert is just one of many examples. Second, everything I believed to be true about the world we live in began to unravel, exposing truths completely foreign to me. I didn't "know" my reality anymore. I became distant and reclusive. I was feeling very overwhelmed by the emotions I was experiencing, and I no longer felt confident about myself or the things I "knew" were true. To mirror what you've written, I felt hopeless, helpless and worthless. I won't offer advise, because I am not really qualified to do so, but I will offer some of the things that helped me find my way. When I wanted to cry, I cried. Not around people, and not out loud, but when the tears flowed, I let it be. I began to accept the things that are. I didn't like a lot of what is and was, but I don't have to. If I could change something, I did(and still do), and if I can't change something, I've learned to accept that I can't change it. I looked inward for answers and truths, and stopped looking outwards. I no longer trust that reality is what I have been told it is. My own experiences have taught me that reality is not what I've been told it is. I trust my own perception and have realized my reality is my own. I stopped thinking life is a destination, and accepted that life is an eternal journey. To put it scientifically, we are energy. Energy can never be destroyed. It can only change form. To put it spiritually, we don't have a soul, we are the soul. I love myself, and others, unconditionally. I didn't intend on writing and essay, but I hope something in these words will help you understand you are not alone in your discomfort. I would guess you have incredible insight. You know yourself well enough to know something doesn't feel right. Reaching out is a good indicator of how strong you are. I predict you will overcome this moment of uncertainty, and inspire others to find their own truth.

You are a light being having a human experience. You are beautiful and powerful more than you think and what you have been told. You are here to help guide others to the light. It can be too much, but be strong. No such thing as death or birth just transference and experiences. Get up, do your job.......these ashole humans need all of us. I'm in the same position. It's a void. As easy as it is to say "don't wait", from the perspective you might be in now, that's all you can do. Patience is a virtue. It's hard to know when waiting is waiting or simply inaction, especially if what you were waiting for doesn't seem to want you( say a relationship or something). It's super tough and no pithy advice could turn it around for you in an instant
