Love the ideas! Make up a batch of rice. Freeze it in muffin cups. Pop them into a bag to store in freezer. 2 cups makes a good serving of rice.

I get on a roll some weeks where I want to make several different recipes, one night after the other. Then I always have leftovers for lunch and dinner. I know I’ve gone too far, however, when I run out of my storage containers. Then it’s time to stop cooking and eat what’s in the fridge! 😊

I’ve been doing prebaked sweet potato, frozen blueberries (hand picked by myself in MI this summer), sprinkled with pumpkin pie spice and a drizzle of maple syrup, then heated up at work. Sooo good! The colors are amazing!

A tin each of chickpeas, corn kernels and beetroot. Add some green leaves and you have dinner for a family of four. My midweek too tired to cook dinner. Tastes really yummy.

Thank you so much I guess you guys just gave me the new idea that I don’t have to eat recipes all the time and it’s amazing how much food is just so good on its own. I forgot how good food is just the way it is.! Tonight I had half an avocado with Mrs. Dash fiesta lime seasoning,(I can’t wait to get your everything Bagel seasoning. Should be coming in the mail soon) and I had some little purple potatoes microwaved. That’s it! It was delicious! I’m totally satisfied! So again thanks for just giving me permission- not that I should’ve needed it from anyone else but it just helped for you to make the suggestion that I can just eat food!!

I cook up many varieties of beans, mix, freeze flat in qt bags. Do the same with grain varieties, mix, freeze flat in qt bags. I chunk of a piece of ea every day, thaw & add it to salads (or soups).

"ingredient household" is trending, like it's a new idea 😂 I thought (since the begining of time) everyone mostly ate this way - ie throw together whatever you have. I guess now it's cool because it's vintage cooking, lol.

I'm a bowl eater! Love mixing vegetables a grain seasonings, nutritional yeast: instant meal! My freezer is always packed with frozen veggies. My shelves are always loaded with canned saIt free beans I load up on fat free hummus (minimal salt) when I can find it. A quick Mexican salad: greens, black beans, a little bit of corn, picadigallo, Mexican spice (salt free of course) red & green peppers, topped with avocado. Yum!!!

Love potatoes cut for oven fries and rolled in fiesta seasoning. We make a 5 lb bag each week.

I made your chili. I had a bag of coleslaw that was go8ng to g9 bad s9 8 threw it in with the chili. Omg was it good. You guys are so amaz8ng. Love the quick meals.

I love lentil soup....but it gives me an awful stomach ache. But a friend of mine shared a secret with me. Add lemon juice to the soup just before eating it. It works. Hope this is a solution for anyone else out there with the same issue.

Look up Digestive herbs and these can really help. Also make sure the lentils are really well soaked and then cooked

I love to air fry corn tortillas, especially the Mi Ranchito slider size and make bean tostadas. I do a prep for several days by chopping or slicing veggies for salads. I then also use some of them on the tostadas like tomatoes, shreddy lettuce (thin sliced crispy iceburg), and green onion, add cilantro, salsa and avocado. So good!

One of my favorites is to mix black beans and frozen corn (the roasted corn from Trader Joe’s is the best!), drizzle with lime juice, and sprinkle on a bit of chipotle powder. Mix and enjoy! Heating is optional. I’ve taken this to numerous potlucks and it’s always a hit. It also ensures that I have something to eat when everyone else brings meat- and dairy-based dishes.

One of my favorite meals is left over brown rice, garbanzo beans, a couple handfuls of frozen chopped kale. Great just like that. I love Eden brand, no salt added beans with kombu. I keep the bean cooking liquid in the mixture, and sometimes add other ingredients like onions, mushrooms, vegi broth, wakame, and carrots. Nice to sprinkle sliced green onions on top. Love all your great ideas.

I made the Pumpkin Chili last night with cornbread. Can't wait it for tonight when I will eat it over rice for another delicious meal! (I used Pumpkin Pie spice in place of plain cinnamon) YUM!

Always love your quick and easy ideas. Yesterday I made a big batch of lentil and potato stew. I eat this throughout the week on top of organic baby lettuces which contain a variety of lettuces. Keep the ideas coming. Love them and it helps me to keep on track.

Those all sound delicious! I make a simple black bean soup with carrots, celery, veggie broth, salsa and canned beans. I just toss it all together and heat it. Sometimes I add bell peppers and onions. It all depends on what I have on hand. I eat it as soup, throw it in tacos, or make a bowl. It’s fast and yummy😊

Awesome ideas. For anyone wondering where is the protein - it’s everywhere!! The starches Reebs and Dillon talk about. - beans , lentils, chickpeas even brown rice, quinina, veggies and potatoes ALL have protein. So no stress! I love this way of eating. I adore my membership and your nooch ❤! The freedom that you provide is priceless and this video is so typical of your WYW way of eating. My freezer is always stocked with your potato corn soup and one of your veggie soups, and baked sweet potatoes. By the way, I view Soup as gray 😂, over potatoes or other starch, yum! Sad story. We were recently on a 2 week vacation and came home to a broken freezer in our garage, sob sob sob 😭. I am lost without a full freezer of ready to use ingredients and meals. But it will make me more “grateful” and appreciative once it is stocked again ❤.

Keep Reeb's "special Sauce" in fridge, or any of Well Your World sauces. Throw salad in a wrap, some walnuts in there or seeds,, Reeb's sauce on top ! OR baked potato w microwaved frozen vegies on top, cheese sauce and yogurt on side. Or cooked noodles w peanut sauce and sprinkle scallions. A couple sauces on hand make everything taste better for me!

There is plenty of protein in all of the starches we eat, quinoa is a great one. You do not need soy if you don't prefer it.
