I am trying to break my addiction to vegan mayo, and we didn't miss it at all in this recipe. Delicious! This is the only way I'll make it from now on.
First off plant rant, great title. Unfortunately I do not think the people that need to be watching this are. Our whole healthcare system is so messed up with doctors make more money by prescribing drugs as opposed to suggesting to people a healthy lifestyle. For myself though I do appreciate all your videos. Exactly what you are saying about recipe fomo is so true. I try and eat so healthy but at some point getting recipe fomo I thought I should get like a deep fryer. Like oh my gosh that's not how I eat. So I really super duper appreciate you guys emphasizing no salt no oil and no sugar
The microwave was called a radar range because the radio frequencies it uses is the same or similar to radar. At that frequency water directly takes on thermal energy (heat). At very close range a ships radar is quite dangerous to people not because of "radiation" but because it will heat up your insides since we're full of water. On a ship the radar antenna is higher than people go unless they're doing maintenance in which case the radar is shut down.
Lol, the wink after “keeps you alive, not dead” 😂 I second everyone saying OXO- love mine and I’ve had it for years. Either the Good Grips or Good Grips Pro swivel peeler if you want a little more weight behind it!
I have tried WFPB for several years on and off. Yall's simplicity to creating meals makes it successful for me. Pretty much just grab some good ingredients and throw it together 😊.
Walmart sells a nice tahini that I only have to stir once. I use Stardust for light general flavor and Galaxy dust when I want a little more zest. Both amazing and great for everyday type of food.
Would love to see a recipe Spaghetti squash recipe. I usually just microwave itand scoop it out . I mix tomatoe sauce with sauteed mushrooms zucchini and onions and add nutritional yeast and a tablespoon of pumpkin seeds that I grind in a spice grinder to the sauce to make it creamy.
My 2 minute meal is layered one can whole black beans with sugar free barbecue sauce on bottom with seasoned broccoli and cauliflower on top roasted in a 450 degree toaster oven for 30 minutes. I even eat it for breakfast.
