5 Song Friday - Episode #7 (Easy Listening 70's Songs) 

I guess I'm not alone when it comes to singing Elton songs. I only know one Bob Seger song "Still The Same" and you are absolutely right. His voice is very unique. Thanks for watching. Hopefully, it wasn't too painful...Lol

​@@mutzmusic5737 everything sounded fine. I use to do guitar man. But on Bob Seger I play 3 of his biggest hits, Old time rock and roll, The famous final scene, Turn the page. But I've only played the famous final scene Live in front of people. I have about 120 songlist and growing. A song you might try and do is, You spin me around, it was an 80s pop hit, by dead or alive. So many good songs out there. Besides some metal songs I've learned on the acoustic, from Iron Maiden to Dio... is White Lions, Wait. On acoustic it works. That and I've been playing the Scorpions, Still loving you. But I've added Strawberry Wine, Diana Carter. I do everything from classic rock, to country, blues, and pop. I like doing Madonnas like a Virgin, but alot of the songs I don't play alot like that one is because I use a capo. Some songs need a capo. But can't wait to see what you have coming, because I'm always looking for songs to learn.

Thanks Alfcarguy. I'm old enough to remember "You Spin Me Right Round" from the 80's. Not sure how that would come across on acoustic guitar, but I might give it a shot at some point. It's certainly a lot of fun learning new songs. Anyway, I see you have a your own channel of cover songs. I watched some of your videos. You are quite diverse. Keep up the good work.

@@mutzmusic5737 I am diverse, because I love music!!! Or I grew up with alot of different types of music. But my back ground is Thrash metal \m/ \m/. Plus I play multiple instruments, I've noticed your drumset behind you. I play bass, and I try to sing. I'm not a singer because I have not found my voice. I'm writing some tunes, just to express my self. I'll sometime soon have a fb music page, the country guy, who plays at the bar I've going to play is helping with advice to getting gigs. Spin once round is vocally challenging for breathing, it will take your breath away other that it's easy, all these songs are easy, well for me. I've been playing since 1986 so I'm probably your age, but look like I'm 12,lol. I do alot of classic rock. Eagles, CCR, Billy Joel, if you want a challenge guitar wise, learn It's still rock n roll to me... and John Mellencamp, Jack and Diana, pretty technical on the guitar, or how I play them.
