Very good.. However its typical for beginners like this to drop his hands and he needs to work on the power a bit more. Over all its not bad.By the time he gets to black belt he can work it out.
Taekwondo amazes me, I’ve been a fighter for 15yrs, a competitive fighter for 5 years, and these drills still look pretty intense 😭 I gotta work in my flexibility
Nice clean technique, but I gotta say, I don't think it's such a good idea to flick the bag with your toes when drilling. How you train is how you fight. Gotta hammer it.
When you are kicking, make sure to keep your right hand up in a fighting position at all times :) hope this helped! -from a person who has grown up in Martial Arts
