Hey coach lee, about 4 months ago my ex and I broke up. I was heart broken because I still loved her and it seemed like the breakup came out of the blue. I watched all your videos like crazy to help with the pain and to give myself a chance with her again. I will say watching your videos and applying that no contact rule and working out made me a better person and gave me confidence. In December she contacted me and we starting talking again, now we are back together and the relationship is even better than it was before. This goes to everyone who is watching coach lee. Listen to him and work on yourself. Working out and giving the space is the best thing you can do to win her back boys.

I don’t wanna put too much info out there but I’ll tell you guys this: Coach Lee knows EXACTLY what he’s talking about. I know it may be hard to imagine you and your ex reconciling or you moving on (whichever outcome you prefer) but one of the two is bound to happen. Go no contact, focus on making yourself better, and find a way (gym, hobby, Netflix, whatever) to manage your pain. In the initial stages it’ll suck, and you just gotta let it suck for some time. Feel it out and get back to living your life. Stay up kings and queens 💕

I totally agree with you. By working on myself to be come a better person mentally and physically I am starting to see results. My ex broke the news back in May, it took 2 weeks to accept. Currently we are still living together with a move out date at the end of July. (I can’t tell you how hard these last 2 months have been). Still hurting inside I Immediately when down the rabbit whole on RU-vid looking for answers. That’s when I discovered coach Lee. I look back at how I used to be and wished I committed to changes decades ago. Maybe this is what needed to happen for me to progress as an individual. I was stuck, felt hopeless..! I had so many bad habits including my thinking processes. Instead of working on the relationship I actually pushed her away further. Once my partner of 16 years had enough I knew it was time for change. Mind you she gave me too many chances to count. Now that I’m doing the work my outlook has changed from the person I used to be. Keep your head up and grow as individual first. Healing takes time on both sides. if it’s ment to be it will be. My goal is to become a better person first, with the end result in getting back with my soulmate

I honestly was in hard depression in my relationship. When I met her I did just fine, but I chose some ways in my career which made me think I dont have any more good perspectives. So I slowly got into depression and she broke up with me now a month ago. Looking at the situation and trying to be rational I cant blame her at all. I didnt love my self, I even hated myself honestly. The only thing I thought that went good in my life was her. Thats just not a base for a relationship to work out. I always thought when she breaks up, that my life is over - I am done! But the opposite happened. I cried when she broke up and those thoughts where in my head. Sadly, I wish i could ve had reacted better and make it easier for her and also for me. Anyway the next day I woke up, but I didnt just wake up from bed but I literally woke up. I went to the gym, started a diet, made a pro and con list for all my future perspectives and just started to go my way. In just 1 month, I lost weight, and do look a bit better (ofc U cant turn worlds in 1 month, but I found my way and I will be in shape in some months, - even if it takes a year or more I ll go that way. - I even went to a box training LOL and it was super rough but also super fun) - I found a job which I will start next month which is super good paid and... Idk my whole life changed and I can swear, that this is all she ever wanted from me. Nothing more, nothing less. I dont see her, I dont text her, nothing. I dont know what she is doing. Sometimes I do wonder. Sometimes I also do wonder if we ever broke up if I was a better version of my own. Anyway that girl saved me from my depression back then and Idk if i d be here without her. If she ll ever see me again, I can only look her into the eyes, If I m consitently on my way to become the best version I can be. And yea. Maybe. Maybe there ll be a chance that we come back together. Maybe not. Maybe She ll find someone else, maybe I will find someone else, but I would be foolish to say, that I should never take someone back who "dumped" me. Honestly, if I was her, I d be gone 1 Year earlier probably. But she always believed in me. 1. They don’t like the doubt. 2. They want you to bail them out of their doubt (not seeing you struggle) 3. (Sometimes happens) has a rebound relationship 4. They come back too quickly, tread cautiously (treat like a new relationship, and don’t give all the benefits back once, let them be the one who moves faster), STAY CALM and be MATURE and GRACIOUS about it. 5. They propose friendship in order to keep you romantically interested so you won’t find someone else.

Is there any chance me and my ex-girlfriend could get back together? Last month she asked for time apart as her feelings had slowly faded over the course of the last three months. After giving it some thought, I told her the fair thing to do would be to break up. She insisted that she actually didn’t want the break up, but that she felt nothing for me (she said she truly loved me, but didn’t have feelings). She gave it some thought and agree that the best thing to do was to break up. I contacted her 5 days after our breakup for answers but the quickly gave up. Two weeks after no contact she reached out to me and I waited 6 hours to reply to her. She responded immediatly and kept the conversation going until I had to stop her. I said I had to do something and offered to get lunch the next day. She agreed. A week after this she sent me a random text, to which I replied with a short message. She didn’t reply. It’s been a week and we haven’t contacted each other in any way.

However, when I had to make an appearance in any social gatherings or meetings, I pulled my shit together and looked exceptional: hair, makeup, clothing and attitude. NC is powerful, it makes you strong if you focus inward (passion ,career etc),and it does bring your ex back trust it, the funny part is when the person comes back u might then realize you no longer want that relationship 🤣🤣,there more time you do NC the more you reflect on many things logically not emotionally ,you will be in a position when you now chose if u want the relationship or not, but this normally happens when u give it MORE time even when the ex is around you, I wish you all the best and trust me you will be fine, and you will be a better version of yourself in that relationship or next the one, start by loving yourself and knowing your value.....Thank you Coach for always dropping this wonderful videos,!

What I really like about Coach Lee, he seems like a best friend who can really help you! It's like he's standing right in front of you, which is why I think the video recording is very professional, including the way he looks into the camera. It may look simple, but the way he speaks intensifies the trust in the viewer. What's also interesting is that he thinks about these situations very logically and efficiently and explains them very clearly. A good example is where he said "if your ex keeps hearing her smartphone ringing, she will be disappointed that it wasn't you"...I would never have thought of that! Coach Lee you are excellent!

Ex-Fiance came to pickup my daughter with a new girlfriend. This is 4 months after he left me pregnant in our home. I lost the baby and moved to my own house which I bought after. This evening i received first text after 3.5 months of silence, but from previous experiences, i gave her space stopped any communication immediately after i got dumped,retreated and licked my wounds. I came across your videos after, i didn't know about this term "NC rule" but i followed it instinctively. I'm not sure about her intentions yet, i'll take it slowly, but honestly something changed in my soul about this woman, i lost trust, still love her but maybe i'm already partially detached, after all the pain she caused , not sure if i want to go back in this relation maybe go through same hell after awhile. This 'No Contact' formula - and the accompanying mindset - gives miraculous and unexpectedly beneficial results quickly! I stumbled upon this method myself by default - before I discovered Coach Lee's library of videos - to seek relief from a very problematic, deceitful, and darkly complicated 'girlfriend'. But slowly, within about 4 weeks, my previous sense of self started coming back, and the relief was palpable...even joyful. No contact helped me see that in reality, I don't want or need her chaos and general mess. Just got broken up with after a 7 year relationship. 1 month later she’s out at clubs dancing and making out with lames. These woman change once they are “FREE” especially if they are influenced by single friends or family members. If you have a gut feeling about her not responding to you and etc… trust your gut feeling. Definitely ain’t worth my energy anymore. Moving on with my life. She will realize eventually she fucked up.

Update. It's been 19 days and at the 14 day mark she called me twice back to back. I missed both calls, tried to call back one time and no answer so I'm back at no contact. I think these are breadcrumbs but I'm no expert. Wish me luck guys! If I don't hear something soon I might just move on because honestly this has really helped me heal.

Don't stress.... Just move forward without him.. In the past I learned that there are better things around the corner. In a few months you will look at this differently.. In my case when my ex said he wanted to be friends I ditched him and he pursued me months later. Only I didn't want him back because he became gross to me..

After 3 months were back together. One thing I want to share is that if your relationship is not abusing and had good time in it..there's always hope. Stick to no contact. However your ex might afraid to reach out directly especially women. They'll instead post meaningful status on social media. If you do no contact for atleast 2 month..it's ok to reach out. As Coach Lee says he didn't support no contact forever. So if your ex is not a narcissistic and your relationship had some good time for atleast a year there is hope 👍

Started watching these videos about a week after my breakup back in August. I did about everything wrong. Talked to mutual friends, begged. You name it I did it. Right around January she started having crippling anxiety about losing me and wanted to meet up and talk about how it ended(she's in a new relationship). Nothing ever happened but she certainly felt the loss. I went no contact. We also work together and see each other maybe once a week. Just a quick wave in passing. If she wasn't always jumping into relationships maybe we would work it out but I'm going to ha e the talk she wants regardless. Mostly for work.

Thanks again for the new video, Coach! I actually heard from my ex during Christmas almost 2 months of NC after the breakup. He greeted me and told me he hoped I was doing well. When I casually greeted back, he asked if I had forgiven him. I played it cool and told him there was nothing to forgive. That I wasn't angry and I accept what happened w/ grace. He said that was good to know bec. he knows he did me wrong. I just liked his reply & didn't prolong the convo. Wasn't sure if him messaging me about the breakup meant anything. Maybe he just wanted to ease his guilt. Didn't even expect he'd outright just talk about it, and don't know what will happen next.

Beneficial information, as always. Back in No Contact, same person. All that has changed in 4yrs as of now with him and this whole "I love you/then silent treatment" mess is that I went from anxious to secure in my own attachment style so being with him and going through N.C. so many times helped me not beg or cry like I used to. Still hurt what haf happened this Jan 1st but just how I handle it now is way different. No contact was implemented immediately after Jan 1st and what happened (let's just say he got mad over something normal and it hurt me his reaction and the details, but instead of cry and beg I just went No contact). No contact works, but whether you want him or her back when they do regret their decision, and they will if you were great, is completely in your court.

@@brendafoust8499 You cannot make anyone happy, I have never tried that but even so your comment is just 6months too late to be relevant for me...he had narc traits but in reality I found someone had broken him before me and he does what they did to him to others, childish I know but if you have read my comment, I immediately went no contact (that means, not trying to make the person do anything at all). Maybe once upon a time when i had the anxious attachment style I may have tried to get him to talk to me but not get him to be happy, happiness comes from within and only a miserable person can drain someone's happiness, but being secure is much more beneficial. However, I am sorry if you are miserable in a relationship or have had a bad experience trying to make someone else happy and becoming miserable (sounds like experience?), Coach Lee's videos can help you too. But I am and have been making myself happy ever since (regained confidence and not at that side of the breakup timeline-also a good video coach lee made!). I feel very good for my decision now, that is 6months later. And, should I want him back, I could get him (he rides by my home now, but you see as Coach said in many videos the tables do and have turned, he is the chaser and scared to be rejected but I am living life and who knows what the future will bring. However, you may very well not want them back). God is good, I feel empowered and he -my ex- is doing creeper things even though he caused the separation. It's all in Coaches videos too, it is true. It has been 2 months since the breakup..i have gone thru the same thing with a person that i thought was true love but he has had several red flags..the same thing everytime has happened with the same man after 4 yrs. This time it is much easier..even though he crushed my heart for the 3rd time..i will not give him another chance to do this to me again!! I have learned my lesson and moving on to live my life happily ever after..he was a narcissistic with ptsd..so he could not express his true feelings for me after i said this is your last chance..you will never see me again..

coach Lee thank you and your spot on, especially about the last 3 mins of your talk on friendship, thus happened to me 6 days ago after staying 2 weeks solid no contact, he said he wanted to be friends but was asking that i PROMISE I text him good morning everyday (girlfriend privileges after a break up) and he will never block me again and blah blah. i did send 1 text, which i regret because i still think its wayyyy to soon for friendships especially after all the pain and hurt caused, plus im still in no contact mode until 25th Jan! Its so perplexing and emotionally entagled to say the least not healthy, at the start I would have leaped to take him back, but as time draws down I just think to let it be for a while as he made his decisions to cut me off and really showed he didnt care about me in such cold ways. TBH i wont return until he changes his ways.

Day 1 of no contact. All you say is correct. Unfortunately for me she's pulled away 4 times in 8 months and keeps coming back in this exact way. Clearly I haven't done good at keeping her once she returns. This time I'm not sure she will. I understand it's an attraction thing but that's hard to understand when someone talks the future, ie living together, marriage, etc.. then pulls away saying she's not healed, not ready, issues with teen daughters, etc...Lost and waiting and hoping. If she comes back again will follow plan to keep her. Last times I didn't discuss it once she came back. Just let things be. Not sure that was good idea. She seems more distant this time as I responded worse this time than before. So glad to find your videos and program. Best on the internet.

Same situation happened with me and within a month things worked out, and we got married fast forward two years the same issues and problem she originally left for I gave up and let go and got to comfortable. Truly take time to fix yourself before even accepting them back into your life again I’m currently going threw a separation that she wants and it’s the hardest thing ever but going to counseling and taking with groups is helping me restructure the man I used to be into the man I want to become regardless of the outcome that I’m facing 12 months may make or break us and in 8 months I leave the state keep hope and strength and truly get help to better yourself

Well I broke nc after 3 weeks of going through no sleep, sorrow, and some confusion. Unfortunately, everything went down hill after I contacted him. I lashed out during the conversation, he never admitted to any wrong doings, even after I told him that I was looking for closure and needed validation, an explanation and an apology. I never got any of these things and realize I may never get it.. I'm glad I was still able to get some things off my chest but I decided not to reach out to him again...I'm praying for the strength to move on and stay strong.

I think these principles apply to existing relationships too, you remind me of the toxic dating coach at times (in a really good way), unfortunately, humanity doesn't value what we don't fear losing. Even in relationships, you have to show that sometimes you're not too sure. Think about the ones we want the most/ones we're obsessed with, they often don't treat us well and give ambiguity. A little dose every now and then is actually *healthy*. Life is not like the movies and isn't sunshine.

I have been in NC for almost 1 month...Have been broken up for 3 months...I feel great...Therapy, alot of yoga and exercise has given me a new lease on life. I have lost 22 pounds and am far better shape when I was with her. I truly wish I was this person when we were together. She would be happy with this guy.

21 days no contact, so far no sign of him. We were together off and on for 11 years, had 2 children and he claimed we had nothing in common. That's a hell of a long time for two people who don't have nothing in common.
