Hey Victoria! Commenting here after the HasLab reveal. So happy we are finally getting the Tonnika Sisters! Arleil Schous is a great plus too! My most wanted updated Cantina Patrons are now: 1. Momaw Nadon 2. Muftak 3. Kabe 4. Labria 5. Takeel I didn’t want to include him since I wasn’t sure if Hasbro would make him since he’s no longer in the film, but Lak Sivrak would also be a great pick!
Apart from the obvious ones (Hammerhead, Tonnikas and Wuher who is essential as the barman) I’d like them to take a sensible approach to maximize tooling. So Takeel could be Zutton with a new head, Lirin C’arn could use Bith tooling and at most a new torso, Labria could use a lot of Academy Luke, tooling for Boshek could be used for Yellow Spacer (and a new Bossk). A partially tooled 4-pack like the Jabba’s goon set would be amazing. I think it’s less likely to happen but I’d love to see a few never-done-before aliens like Arleil Schous and Atheloe
The Tonnika Sisters have been my number one most wanted figures for almost thirty years now. Every character you mentioned must get made. I’d also like to see a Hare Mouse, the red haired Mosep that stood in for Jabba the Hutt in the Marvel comics, the astronauts, Yerka Mig, Garouf Lafoe and Rycar Ryjerd.
Thanks for doing this video. Personally I will gladly buy 7 each of any cantina character we get. No top 5 for me because I want every cantina character made. and release 4-5 a year for the next few years!
Great video Victoria! Both Reegesk and Arileil would be fun critter aliens to add to our displays! Surely there must be a way to kit bash them into TVC. My biggest wants from the Cantina are a NEW Greedo, Hammerhead, and my personal favorite Snaggletooth. Zutton is great but the Kenner card for Snaggletooth is technically the character Zutmore from the holiday special, who sports that stylish tracksuit. We still need Takeel who's sitting next to Reegesk, but who wouldn't want more oft these handsome Snivvians haha. Lastly it's 100% time for Tonnika!
Nice timing on this video with a rumoured Cantina Haslab upcoming. Putting my Hasbro recognizable character hat on: Ponda Baba needs to be redone with a larger more accurate head on the kenner card. Then you pair him with a redone Dr Evazan, a newly updated Greedo would be welcomed and shrink down the just announced Black Series Momaw Nadon for TVC. Then the Tonnika Sisters as a final stretch goal. Maybe they do a Snaggletooth also.
Great list, Victoria. It is absolutely #timeforTonnika If the rumours of a Cantina Haslab are true, they have to be close. I only have the weathered Wuher and it is appalling, I would love an update of him in TVC. Cheers
I am all for the Tonnika sisters, and if we do get the rumored Cantina HasLab, I think that's the perfect way to deliver them. And yes for sure Hammerhead. Here are my five: 1. BoShek, the most 70's pilot ever 2. Muftak, becaause what the hell is this guy 3. Kardue'sai Malloc, or "That Devil Guy" 4. Kabe, the little bat-rat guy who REALLY wants that drink 5. Ellors Madam, the square-headed red-eyed guy. So iconic. Probably Thrawn's dad.
Great picks, I'd love those 5 and they are probably the five most important characters we need! Wuher has got to be a pack-in with the Cantina. I'd say easily the most important one you didn't mention is Baniss Keeg. We've had Ellorrs alone for more than 20 years. Baniss gets a few focus shots. And I think the Duros are one of the most iconic aliens from the Cantina. We need Baniss Keeg!
You’re absolutely right. Baniss Keeg gets two shots with Ellorrs Madak and needs to be made too. I always felt the poor sales of Ellorrs is why they never did Baniss.
This is my top 5 in order of priority. I do give honorable mention to both Hammerhead and Greedo, as both are 96ers and both need to be made on the classic Kenner Star Wars card in TVC. But I have both already from previous lines and they do look good enough for now, so if this were a top 10 they would be my #6 and #7. The Duros like the Tonnikas, I really want both made so they can have their infamous conversation as seen in a New Hope. 1.) Tonnika Sisters 2.) Wuher 3.) BoShek 4.) Dannik Jerriko 5.) Ellorrs Madak (Both Duros)
You can already scratch off three from this list. The Tonnikas and Wuher are coming with the new Cantina and Hammerhead is pipelined so he’ll be coming out next year.
Great video, Vic. I was actually on the Galactic Figures website looking at TVC figures from the Mos Eisley Cantina. Not a lot in there. Soooo, my question is what do you know about May 4th???
Been thinking about this today after watching your vid earlier. Here’s my list not really in order of most desired: 1) Greedo…classic character that’s been done but needs to be definitive 2) Hem Dazon - again made before but not a great figure, needs an update. He has such a visual appearance in the Cantina 3) Hammerhead - just get it done Hasbro 4) Spacer - this gives us an eventual Bossk update 5) Tonnikas no doubt I’m admittedly leaving out Wuher because I assume he is a given as a base offering if there is any legitimacy to a Cantina HasLab
Congrats! 3 out of 5 figures will be made within the Haslab project. Lets see if it hits also all the tiers unlocks. Waiting on a video on the cantina from you.

I agree with all of your choices! We also need Garouf Lafoe, Yerka Mig, Het Nkik (Jawa), The little guy at the end of the bar-Rycar Ryjerd, & 4 more I don't know the names of yet. The Cantina scene has always been hands down my favorite scene in all of Star Wars. I hope we get the Mos Eisley Cantina for this up coming Haslab!! Love you, Love your show!!!

For the Cantina I would opt for 5 never before made characters. There are currently 37 individuals that have been made in figure form that are derived from the Cantina. Something new seems to be in order, so here we go: -Baniss Keeg - Gets a couple of very prominent shots while having a heated discussion with Ellors Madak -Arleil Schous - Despite this being a case of repurposing a werewolf mask to make a Cantina alien? Bring him on! -Danz Borin - One of the spacer dudes who can't take off his helmet. Yet he's hanging out in a bar! -Lirin Car'n - the Bith that isn't in the band, and is hanging out in a booth with Muftak -Solomahal - We need to get one of these guys in there! *NOTE - I recognize the hole in people's cantina dioramas that has yet to be filled by the Tonnika Sisters. Having spoken with a former senior Hasbro exec last fall, it's clear - Lucasfilm does not appear to be budging on this issue. Hasbro presented LFL with an option to produce one Tonnika and there was just radio silence. Evidently, the same licensing person then is still at Lucasfilm today. I gave up banging my head against the wall on this issue a long time ago.
There are so many characters we need in TVC but they continue to give us the same thing. I’d love if they did a line of rebel pilots (similar to the legacy collection evolutions) where it’s the same body but cool alien and human head sculpts. Great video. :)
Nicely done, Victoria! I agree that Reegesk and all of these are long overdue! And I've always wanted Arleil Schous. Such a distinctive character. Hrcheck Kal Fas is another want. And I think we need Swilla Corey bc she looks like such a regular who grounds the cantina in everyday normality.
Kal Fas would be awesome to see again. I think they could retool the existing one to be more movie accurate. Those humans would be nice too but I don’t know if they’d ever do them.
Great video highlighting much needed figures. I have very few cantina aliens, the older ones are few and far between and very expensive in Uk. If the next Haslab is a cantina I need Hasbro to commit to helping us populate the cantina over the years up to and including the 50th anniversary… my list Wuher is essential Tonnika sisters Hem Dazon… he is the iconic cantina denizen and should be updated Labria Hammerhead
They took Lak Sivrak out for the Special Edition and replaced him with Ketwol. The same happened with Arleil Schous in his standalone shot as he was replaced with Melas. But Arleil Schous can still be seen in the opening shot of the Cantina.
