@@AnuragMishra-vw7xn Hi Anurag, this happened some 30 yrs back, he had developed Sciatica pain, while he was still working in BHEL. He used to find doing anything quite difficult....Dr. at that time used to give mostly pain killers but then that also become useless after some time. Later he came across an article on Naturopathy (some Govt funded hospital in Hyderabad), he went there....and stayed there for a month......they used to administer him:: a.) Tub bath (with cold / luke warm water - 30 mins daily) b.) Mud pack on stomach for 30 mins c.) Enema - morning and evening Food: He used to take mostly raw-uncooked food:: a.) Carrot, Cabbage, Cucumber, Beat root, Sweet potato, Cauli flower (semi-boiled), Bhindi (boil for 1 min w/o cutting, once cooled, cut, sprinkle some lemon and minute salt) b.) All types of fruits c.) Curd d.) Germinated grains:: Kala chana, green moong, Wheat (germinated or row them in a tub, when soft petals starts coming out, eat them....) - He has purchased 8 ~ 9 small plastic tubs, and used to sow wheat daily....and eat the one there are ready..... e.) He had reduced taking Salt-Sugar to minimum Apart from above:: One can also eat boiled-semi boiled (just to kill germs -mostly leafy vegetables) - Palak, Cabbage He started seeing benefit in a month only, and max took 2 months to completely cure of the pain. After 2 ~ 3 weeks of practice he gots used to this routine, and maintained this for 2 ~ 3 yrs...... He never ever had any pain after this. So Dr. explain technical stuff that soe nerve is pressed in spine or else where....that may eb right also....but it all happens because of toxicity build in your body....and its a way of body to signal you that you need to listen to it and take of it. If you can do what I listed on your own, that is good, else find some nauturopathy hospital-clinic / Baba Ramdev Ashram and practice this for 2 ~ 3 weeks there, and later you can do it at home on your own. I have one more personal experience regarding naturopathy....I developed psoriasis in my hand some 15 yrs back...and also skin disease on different parts of body specially - legs, neck...I Kept visiting skin Dr for treatment....applied ointments and took oral medicines for almost 2 yrs..... On Psoriasis I got no relief....the Skin disease used to cure till ointment was applied....and will reappear once you stop that...... Then one day I realized that it may be because of toxcity build in my body....and I stopped eating cooked food..... All the 3 times I used to eat raw vegetables ( a lot of them), fruits or boiled veges if bored.....but nothing oily-tadaka stuff....First 2 weeks were quite painful.....but I kept focused....after that I got used to routine and enjoyed eating raw..... My skin disease, psoriasis got cured in hardly 2 months....all cleaned...no patches....and never happened that again. I continued that habit for 6 yrs.....and I truly say....I never fall sick even for a daya i those 6 yrs...... Energetic feeling.....only make sure you get your blood tested for any vitamin deficiency and take any supplement if req. If you are taking all sort of food you will not have that but if are unable to balance the content then you may need it. Hope above helps......I still eat raw food once in day.....

mein 67 age ki hoon. pakistan sey hoon. aap ney bohat achey sey samjhaya hey. mein zameen per naheen late sakti hoon. jo excercise aap ney zameen per late ker chair key ooper legs rakhni hein. wo kesey karoon . aik haftey sey meri left leg mein pain hey. dr ney pain killer di hey. os ka asar khatam hota hey to dard dobara shoro ho jata hey. mein aaj he sey ye wali excercise karoon gi. mera wazan 187 pound hey. please help me.
