@@firestick4991 awesome thank you! I now host halloween since I'm the only one still in the neighborhood with all the houses, and being a bachelor I need help 😆
HomeGoods has been bringing in some very luxe item’s lately, great dupes to decor I’ve seen at CB2 and West Elm. I’m impressed. I especially love their large agate trays. Too much water in a vase will rot the stem and leaves if they are touching the water. RH always uses extra large decor, lamps, vases, mirrors, etc and it makes such a huge difference. Looks better than a bunch of clutter. The floor to ceiling repeat artwork is gorgeous. ❤
Thank you Valentina and Jack.❤ your video. Liked how you showed actual before and with your changes. Sometimes just watching pictures is not so effect than showing on camera.
This is the best video yet! Loved all of the examples! Thanks for all the hard work you do on your videos. This was incredible to see exactly what you’ve talked about in many of your videos. The before and after just prove the difference these changes ❤
And, the functional reason for having minimal water in a vase is... Plants only absorb water from the cut end. Too much water replaced infrenquently can lead to rotting of the stem. So less water is chic and smart.
That's genius, thank you so much for the information. I try to remove as much of the leaves as possible so that none sit in water as they definitely make everything wilt and look gross 🤮 quicker.
Really loved this video!!! I live in a condo and the entryway is quite narrow. NOW, I plan to turn the main wall into an art gallery. Awesome hack...thanks to you and Jack. I always grab my coffee, relax, and enjoy the ride with you two!
I always love your videos! Thank you Valentina and Jack for making them! Right now I try to distract myself with something positive, as my body is totally killing me with pain. Your positive vibe does help. ❤
I have no idea what your issues are but if you dont know of Dr. Ken Berry, M.D. (online channel) he has so much great information on all kinds of medical conditions. Also Dr. Berg who is, I believe, a chiropractor but very educated on so many conditions. I can relate, I care for my brother 24/7 who is in pain constantly and his pain becomes my pain, plus my own body has worn down from the constant caregiving and stress. I'll lift up a prayer on your behalf and yes, she does have an effervescent effect. Bubbly like champagne!🍾🥂
@@HouseofValentina Thank you Valentina! I love interior design, your home, tips and style. You can make anyone feel better, even from a distance. 🥰 Actually I was told by my doctor that if the brain gets occupied with something you love then the signals of pain does not hit you that hard. They also studied persons that were gaming. They couldn't feel pain as much because the brain was occupied with the game. So Valentina; I do think you have a bonus effect on some of us, by reducing our pain. 😊 Guess you didn't hear that before. 😁 Wish you a lovely week! /Stina
@@s.wilson2702 Thank you for your concern and long message with tips. So very kind of you! I've tried most things out during the years, but there is always more to learn so I will check it out. I have good tretment and doctors, been doing lots of rehab and so on. I manage but had a really tough day and week. In my case it's cronic and a bit complicated. Sometimes all you can do is try to rise your own mood and energy, and just distract yourself with something you love. Those worst hours will pass. Sorry for all that you deal with! It's very stressful to care for someone you love... I've done it in the past. You often push your own needs aside. Take care! I wish you and your brother all the best! / Stina
This segment was one of my favorite videos. I don't fill the vases with water as they can get so heavy to lift and carry or move. Maybe that's why others don't do it? I have almost the same elbow right next to the main bedroom. I loved that idea so much but think I'd rather use my nature photography I took and print them out in black and white.
I absolutely love your content. Could you please give content for outdoor curb appeal. I have a red brick house and want to change the siding. I’m so undecided on what to get. I love the red brick homes with black trim but I’m having an issue with what color to pick for the siding. I need your help.
Valentina: You are such a lovely and fun young woman with a wonderful family. Love watching your channel and all the useful information you bring to everyone. I look forward to all of you videos...including the fashion channel!! Thanks much and thank you to Jack, too!!
In another video you made I asked about your version of a gallery wall and I think in this video you just showed me. So what I’m getting is use the same print and frame size for your gallery wall and hang from floor to ceiling
I just spent months collecting those silver trays (from your mom) I'm leaving them tarnished and using them as chargers with clear (but patterned) plates. Adding a bunch of vintage brass and glass candle holders and it's going to be my Thanksgiving table. So don't toss them, just rethink/rework them :)
They look like mercury glass or those gorgeous antiqued mirrors. I once had a client who had a large collection of them and we hung them on masse on a big bathroom wall and for her aesthetic, they were striking. Her vibe was vintage!
No, decorative trays were not expensive, unit it became a trend, now they can cost £100 for next to nothing, better off making one or getting someone to make one out of wood and paint it!! Much cheaper to employ a carpenter or joiner to cut it for you!
It’s the laughs for me😂, really enjoying watching your videos. It has helped me so much as I am clueless about decorating my home and my husband takes the lead😂
The gallery wall on the small hawkward space is stunning. Thanks for the tips! So is actually ok to have 2 or more gallery walls in the same room, if its not regularly shaped? Tks!
Valentina I have a neutral color palette though out ranging from deep ,medium and light taupe. The furniture gray velvet sofa eames chair white shag are rug from there I wanted a lighter look. Suggestions please. Julia Richards
I wish you would do a video on how to decorate an open floor plan with white five feet wainscot panels on 8 ft walls. My Home has this in my dining room and living room and kitchen is in this area which has granite black, white with specks of brown counter tops. My living room has a gray brick corner fireplace. All is in an open floor plan.
You guys are the cutest couple ever, really! Although I don't agree with everything you say, for example, trays (don't work everywhere and it's in all decors these days, so no thank you), you give such a positive vibe and massive respect for your personality. In other words, you rock! P.S. Greetings from Belgrade, Serbia 💕.
You keep Amazon in business as for me I like going to thrift stores look for one that speaks to me stuff there has a history, I keep it alive and reuse it I’ve found artwork 3 ft tall by 6 ft long of Asian work they wanted only $85 I had it looked at and now it several thousands of dollars it an original peice of work . I bought it for the size and the colors in it who knew
Love that second pedestal! About the big tall lamps: you’re so right. Today I brought home a very tall, very cool vintage midcentury lamp - it vastly improved a corner of the TV room, even when not on!
Thanks for another great video. I have been collecting art deco and arts & crafts small tables and benches from garage sales for years. I snag them for 5 or 20 bucks then refinish, reupholster or replace the glass. I get a custom piece for so much less than something new IF it were available! 😊
Love the corner with the floor to ceiling frames ! Never would of thought the same wall piece would so great ! Im going to copy that. I would love to get the link for the art piece you have on the rt of the floor to ceiling art. Please !
We just moved and Farmhouse is so cringy to me now. No offense to anyone! Your videos are my vibe. I’ve always loved more luxury and watching your videos helps me get there. Thank you for all your amazing content! 💕
Nice tips! You might want to look up the correct way to pronounce the word “Apotheke” for this brand. I listened to the creator of these candles say it and it’s not the way you’re saying it.
@@ITcanB the way the creator was pronouncing it was: Ah-poth-eh-kee, just like the beginning of the word “apothecary” but instead of “Cary” you say “kee”.
