I am in Phoenix, AZ. It is horrible for brewing in the summer. I use a portable evap cooler to keep me cool during the day. Also, the glycol chiller has made things much better for the last 2 years for temp control in the garage. Great advice in the video.
Hey! Cool video and thanks for the tips :) Would you still recommend under pressure fermentation for all types of beers? I am thinking beers like Hefeweizen where esters are important to get that fruity flavor
