Great tips! So I just bought a Hand Fan off Amazon (recommended by another vlogger). Didnt think it would be powerful... no expectations really. I used it at our cabin... holy cow was I amazed!! Now I'm gonna be one of "those people" whonhas a hand fan at Disney hahaha -Ali 🍷😍
For fans I like bringing just a small personal collapsible fan. They are SO compact, you don't have to worry about batteries, just love it. All the ones I own for non-vacation reasons are paper but I'm thinking about buying a plastic one that way I don't have to worry about it getting wet. And yes, midday break! I almost always go back to the hotel, shower, usually take a little snooze or at least rest for a bit. The "lost" theme park time is totally worth it to avoid any melt downs haha
I try to beat the heat by just not going outside, but obviously that's tough in Disney...we bring a refillable water bottle and some type of Mio, Propel, or something like that to add to the water if we want to. Sometimes it's hard to pass up Cokes but the little squeeze bottle things have some really good flavors! We always have some of those cooling towels to that you can put around your neck. Those are life savers
Personally, I haven’t been able to find a rain jacket that’s waterproof enough AND small enough to pack in our bag. We opt to have a teeny tiny umbrella (we found some at Target that fold up super small) and some ponchos if it’s too crazy pouring. Mark Alan hates ponchos, but I find them especially handy on water rides! If you find a good rain jacket, PLEASE let me know! We would love to switch back to them!
@@kaylaandmarkalan I see. Well good, this shall save me a lot of money. I already have a tiny umbrella and ponchos which I hate haha. Thanks for replying!!!
Good tips! I'd have to say my favorite ride/attraction for a little pit stop and AC is Mickey's PhilharMagic. I've gotten into a habit of stopping there for a breather on every trip lol.
