Well! I have been posting on my etsy and not getting sales! But I am glad I watched your video because I loved running and I don’t know how didn’t think about making shirts about this 🤦♂️ thank you!
Yesss! Some of my favorite niches are the ones I am passionate about. Plus as a runner you have an upper hand on phrases and designs that would appeal ☺️
I actually made some designs about sourdough about a week aga and I saw they had a bit more views than other designs I made although I haven't sold any of them. But I think its a good niche.
Awesome video as always Taylor! I have photography in my shop but no custom items guess that’s something I can add. Thanks for the tips. And I’ll love for you to do a part 2! ❤
Hello Taylor, Can you make a video of uploading two different match designs for a couple to Printify and Etsy, Example, Proud Dad of a 2024 Graduate and Proud Mom of a 2024 Graduate, please?
Hello Taylor, First, thanks so much for your videos and all you content, you have been so very helpful to me and my ETSY business! I'm having a problem you may be able to advise on. I've recently had a best-seller design, which continues to sell well these days, but I'm finding some other sellers are copying and selling my design, and some are outright stealing by copying my EXACT design and selling that. It seems like this should be copyright infringement, but I don't know the best way to respond. What is the best way to get these copy-cats to remove their listing that are using my design? What actions should I take? Also, can I take actions in the future to prevent this kind of thing from happening in the first place. Please help! Any advice you can give would be greatly appreciated! I have tons of videos showing how I do niche research step by step! But one thing that’s always helped me is starting with brainstorming any hobbies and interests I have as well as my family and friends and then researching those to see if they’re selling ☺️
@@TaylorPOD Thanks a lot, I will try to find time to search for those videos. Which of these tools do you use and why? Everbee, eRank, Sale Samurai, Insightfactory, Alura, etc.
Taylor, I got an infringement on in my boy mom era, I researched and did my homework, I even wrote Etsy asking why this woman claimed she owns it, it's not owned so how is that ok? Etsy never replied, I even sent a screenshot of the trademark showing it wasn't owned. I can't afford to lose my shop and this is getting ridiculous, there are 90 other post that i counted 3 had the same exact one they pulled of mine, that say the SAME thing, but mine was caught, I use that term loosely because it's not illegal?? What would you do?? Thank you -April
The phrase “Boy Mom” actually is a registered trademark, if you don’t feel like it should apply to your listing you’d have to talk with a trademark lawyer and counter.
I never have said print on demand is passive. There is a lot of work that goes into building a POD business! That work is what leads to making it more passive long term. My shop has been on autopilot since December, I would consider that passive.
@@TaylorPOD The above poster is 100% correct! Firstly, since you seem to forget what you say and contradict yourself, in your own video at 00:35 you mention it's passive income - which it is NOT. Secondly, if you say your store has been on auto pilot, then you're a rookie store owner, who has no idea that although the front end might be on automation, (in your mind auto-pilot) a knowledgeable and diligent owner would continue to do marketing, customer service, continue designing, etc, etc. all of the back end things to build and GROW and sustain success in a business - that's WORK, not passive. You just don't leave things on "auto-pilot" with a set it and forget it mentality if you're truly a savvy and skilled business owner. Ohhhh the young and naive.... tsk tsk...
My channel is about print on demand and passive income (these are two separate topics). I’ve added this to my intro because I’m excited to share additional ways to make money online in future videos for example Amazon Merch (which I do consider pretty passive as well). Passive income is defined in different ways and maybe my definition doesn’t match yours. When I say auto-pilot, to me that doesn’t mean “set it and forget it” - I spend about 30 minutes on my print on demand business daily for the maintenance. For 30 minutes to still bring in over $10k revenue and $3-4k in profit a month consistently, I consider that to be relatively passive. But that’s not to forget the hours, days, weeks, and months of dedication it took to get my business to that point which I never sugarcoat and have shared many times the work I put into growing my business. If that makes me a rookie, I’ll take it 🤷♀️
