5. The Major Prophets

Pastor Steve continues with our Bible Overview series. We went through important dates in the Old testament, with an overview of the 17 prophetic books and their division of major and minor prophets. The prophets were men called by God to share the message of repentance. There is blessings for obedience and curses for disobedience. These prophets were to call God's people to covenant faithfulness. Isaiah, Jeremiah, Lamentations, Ezekiel and Daniel are major prophetic books we are looking at.
