I have started selling on multiple platforms I now Sell on Poshmark eBay and Facebook marketplace. And I Recently started using the shipping on Facebook marketplace and that’s been quite successful...I am Interested in reseller assistant. Thanks!

I started a new process and it makes listing seem so less daunting! Do Small batches (10 max). Start the draft first. Take pictures & measurements. Put in the clear plastic bag. Finish draft. Put the item in inventory. ----------- Thank you for the videos. I have learned so much from you. I love your approach to things.

My best change is photographing groups of 5, upload pictures, and title. I do this three times, then i sit down with a bin of 15, finish drafts, then make listings live. Also i group similar items, which helps the work flow.

Great tips, thank you! I love the background and your audio was very clear! 😁 I would say one this I did over the past year that has saved time is using PhotoRoom to removed the background of my photos. It has been the easiest, quickest and best results of any that I have tried!

In the last 365 days, I've changed to a Quality vs Quantity as the MAJORITY focus for my business. I still pick "sure things" that will flip quickly and easily, but I'm trying to find unique pieces that will photograph well.

The biggest change that has benefitted my business is that I have learned more about what to pass on at the thrift store. This has resulted in more likes and more activity on the items I list and and quicker sales.

As a new resellers I started taking photos first so drafts are ready, it’s very efficient this way. Great advice 😊

Ah darn it. I missed it! But def gonna check out reseller assistant. My biggest change as been I bought a small camper I’m using as storage and will turn into my office this summer!

I take the photo first because occasionally I will find a flaw. If I can't correct the flaw I have not wasted time creating a listing on something that isn't going to be listed.

I got better at batch work. smaller 20 item batches going through the system helped me stay organized. thank you!

I put a command hook on the wall and now take a lot of photos of the item on a hanger rather than dealing with flay lays and mannequins!

Just found you today☺️ great info ! My most significant change was....I use to photo my items and then put them in a pile on my table to bag later...I would end up with giant piles of items waiting to be bagged which would then overwhelm me. And they took up space on the table I do my shipping on. So a few months ago I started photoing each item, then I put the item in a polybag and then put it into my inventory box. So when I’m done photoing a batch of clothing, they are all already in their bags and in the inventory box in the order I’ll be listing them. No more piles !!!!

What’s working for me is to being more consistent in my listing, I photograph triple the amount like that I have more to list throughout the days!

My biggest change is very weird. I am one of those people who are allergic to EVERYTHING. So I started washing all my inventory (minus new with tag items) immediately in hypoallergenic laundry detergent so I don’t break out in hives & sneeze constantly as I steam, photograph, measure & put items into inventory. I didn’t used to wash if items looked clean. Also another thing, I work in small batches (8-10 items a day M-F) since I have 3 kids & have limited time.

My business has grown exponentially since going to the bins. I have found so many high end items for pennies compared to prices I was paying at goodwill. I guess it depends on your location.

I've begun taking photos in lots all at once and then doing measurements later, saves me so much time 🙃☺️ and learned how to take better photos using natural lighting 😄

Thanks for the tips, those are super helpful. One change that I have made is putting inventory away right after listing so I don't misplace it! Nothing worse than not being able to find a sale!

I stopped going to the bins and only shop thrift stores.

The one thing that I've changed is I moved my inventory to another location so that I was more focused when I work on my closets.

Fantastic about the hanging method. The biggest is just walking away or leaving behind bad quality items.

Thanks so much for all your info you share. It will be a year next month that I start reselling. One thing I changed is organizing my inventory . Everything has a sku num now. So EASY to locate quickly.

Being more picky at what I pick up at the thrift store. And not just grabbing crap that I didn't run comps op first.

I take a whole day every 2weeks to bins shop all day up to 200 worth of inventory take one day to picture all I have to list freeing so much of my time during the week as I'm a sahm. I've also notice if I don't have a death pile and don't source til almost everything is listed I gain the most in my business account 🙃

Thanks for the great info!! I too started taking pictures first of many, many items and then in the evenings I sit and list, list , list away. For some reason my biggest challenge is getting pictures done so when I do I load up a big box and go to area I take pictures with great lighting. I need to work on getting correct lighting in my spare bedroom so I do not have to either go to laundry room or hall in my apt complex. In the beginning last year, it was not an issue to do so.... I love your #5 and I need to set 'work' hours Mon - Fri to do pics... Do this before I can go thrifting.

Simplifying my system has made a big difference in being efficient plus sourcing better quality has made an increase in sales for me. I have truly learned a ton from you in the last fee months. Move all unlisted into a unseen area and pull out only what I will list that day. This has helped tremendously!!!

I use Reseller Assistant and I love it! Saves me so much time.

I started using a listing service to list my items on multiple platforms which has saved time. I look at all of my items under a bright light before doing anything so that if there are major flaws I can return them to the store and not waste my time.

I started reselling 3 months ago and about a month ago I switched to taking my pictures first which has helped a lot. Also a week ago I moved my business from inside my home into my detached garage and that has helped too.

I photograph all of my listings first as well including measurements. I also only go the the bins maybe once a month! This has been super helpful.

Hi Cayley! Thank you for the reselling tips! I’m going to try everything! The most helpful change for me over the past year was creating a designated space for my items. Everything I need is now in the same place. Additionally everything is organized, with a number on clothes racks and labeled bins. The number is in each listing so that I can find it fast. Lastly, I only print and package one item at a time and the label has a packing slip attached. This has helped me avoid mixing up my shipping labels which was a horrifying experience that happened to me more than once. :( You make Reseller Assistant sound good; I would love to try it out; I have about 500 active listings with about 300 items to list. I started taking bulk photos then do listings throughout the week.

Started taking pictures first. Removing background from first picture only. Double checking for flaws. Trying to do things in batches. Also keeping my listings simple.

Hi hon, I too as you do photo. Bag put inventory number then put in my bin to put on computer inventory system, pull the item out of bin scan inventory number on posh listing then in my spreadsheet. File 🌻
