Gosh I wish activeCampaign would fix all those things but when I sent email to them about how SLOW the tool is, they basically said "we've not heard that complaint, could you test with different browsers and turn off extensions?" I mean come on. Everyone I know says AC is SLOW! I know people who've left because of that one issue.
Active Campaign is slow in the interface. I've had that problem for 5 years now and used it on many internet services including home, friends houses and coffee shops.
One more painful thing: It is impossible to use conditional sending in regular campaigns. Only in the automations. Very many other ESPs have this feature in regular campaigns. Like with issue #2 I don't understand why they have it in one place but don't have in the other.
Hey Zoltan! Maybe I'll make a future tutorial about this. Unfortunately, the setup is rather complex as you need to send each event individually to Mixpanel.
I wish the forms allowed a custom button, or at least ability to remove the Active Campaign button and use our own beneath the email field. For example a custom button like the Buy Now buttons with the red crayon mark circling it.
Hey Martin! Yes, that would be a cool feature! I think it's already possible to change the button by modifying the HTML code you get after you create the form, but you'll need some programming knowledge for that. Would be nicer if it was just built-in! 😄
