When it gets to the "The User doesn't match any of these conditions" and it goes to the "Send Message" How did you create the "Okay, try again" and the "Yes, I'm sure" buttons to go to other steps? Is it a multiple choice? You seem to skip this part in a lot of your videos and I can't figure it out :(
Hey Max Can you please let me know if you can put a field into a form to "add Notes" to a contact? I can't seem to find any information on this one so don't believe it exists. Also one other question about your video, if you have multiple downloads available on your website should I set up multiple download fields or a checkbox field with all the download names that can be ticked if the contact downloads multiple things? Curious if you have any updatesd videos? I want to set a custom field to increment by 1 (using Google sheets to manage coupon codes). You use to be able to create action > set customer field > enter field and then put "increase value by 1" in the operation then add value as 1. For the life of me I cannot figure out the new way based on changes made to Manychat UI. There is no longer an "operation" section in set custom field.

Hi max, thank you for your amazing tutorials. I need a little bit of help. I created a data store, and a data structure with some variables. When i run my data store (get multiple variables) module, the Bundle 1 output (Collection) is empty. Hello, I am not sure if I cannot find or there is no functionality, but if I choose to do an automation, where person comments on my post, it automatically sends him a DM. But I want to follow up after 24h for example, but there is no button to add next step such as smart delay if I started automation "Comment on Post/Reel and reply in DM". Any ideas?
