I've been a huge Honda fan my whole life, but I also believe there isn't the PERFECT car (or Honda) on the market. Here are 5 things I hate about my 2015 Honda Civic Si FB6.

Love my FB6, definitely needs some more speed but it's fun, reliable, quick, and sexy asf when done right. Also one of the best cockpits for a production car in my opinion.

I respect your opinions and they are all probably true but you have to remember that is is a Honda they are built to last and have a little bit of a sporty feel but it isn’t in any way a race car

Dude I’m glad u started off with ITS SLOW. I have a 15’ FB6 and I totally agree with all 5 things. I thought about modifying it but I just feel like it wouldn’t be worth pouring money into. I should’ve got an Evo or Sti

Any car you mod is worth it if you genuinely love the platform. These cars can make huge power on forced induction and for the price to performance ratio, it’s VERY affordable. However, at the end of the day it’s still Honda and that stigma is always attached to the name. 😕

@Ek Hatch 2013 si is still a 9th gen. Comparing 8th gen to the 9th is like comparing apples to apples. 9th has more torque and less whp from factory, while the 8th gen is flipped and revs slightly higher. both have pros and cons. me personally, i'd rather have the torque to get the jump in more races. having owned both the 8th and 9th gen - i honestly prefer the 9th gen more - but when fully built, the 8th gen will always have a special place in my heart.

It's worth the money. Evos and STis are money pits within themselves. A simple turbo kit and tune, you'll be making over 400hp on stock internals. FBO is best for reliability, turbo if you really wanna explore the rabbit hole.

ive had 2 of these and they are incredible cars, super reliable and just a pleasure to drive and will pass cars no problem, but yes they arent race cars fasho, im actually looking to move into an STI, new chapter lol

lol nah fam. the clutch in these cars are garbage for modifications. hold zero power, are mushy....has nothing to do with my driving LOL

@@hugonavas8212 uhmm it's not opinion. It's engineering. You can't have a 300 hp Civic without upgrading the clutch. Cold air or headers don't need it.

The original plan since the start has been to turbo the car and build the bottom end to reach a goal of 500whp. We'll see if I end up doing it or moving on from Honda in the future.

Do it Steven don’t mess around with other cars. Been test driving WRX’s and have been very disappointed. They’re only fast between 2-4k RPM and you can only launch those cars so many times before they break so you might as well turbo or supercharge your car instead of spending a lot of money on something else that might not handle feel as good.

Bro I'm planning to buy a Civic 2015 Si exactly as this car ,, so I have experience on Honda Civic since 2006 and I have 2007 too. How is your car works? Are you recommended or should I go with 2016 as new generation? Please advise. Thanks

They don't make a 2016. They skipped 2016 and "refined" them in 2017 which is the introduction to their 10th generation civics.

that's some miles! i ended up getting rid of it for an STI....then sold that after a year. i honestly want an 8th gen again. had one a few years back and really miss it.

I love my 2015 SI (stock), the go-cart handling, car fits like a glove, yeah it does sit a bit high and okay it could be a bit faster but I find it goes fast enough? Now the latest SI to me has lost that 'pocket rocket' look and has grown to the size of a boring mid-size sedan. Have had various Honda's (four civics) and have found nothing else compares in price, value or fun. Love taking corners in it! Would love to 'mod' it like yours but hey at 66 I gotta keep things respectable!! LOL

FB6 is pretty much the chassis code of the 2012-2015 Honda Civic Si's. So you'll hear the sedan civic si be referred to as the FB6. The FA5 would be the chassis code to the 2007-2011 honda civic si sedans.
