5 things I HATE About My Suzuki Wagon R 

love the insight and honesty you bring to various makes and models of kei vehicle ownership in these videos. i'm a year out from purchasing one here in Canada; which legally allows us 15yrs old. Staying away from turbos are a must for me and i dont care too much for power windows, power door locks and sunroofs as a vehicle ages. i'm leaning towards some kind of 4wd van/wagon as a second vehicle for short inner city/suburbia runs/chores like hardware stores, Ikea, garden ctrs and overnite camping after hikes and cycling with a roomy interior. Honda Acty Van, Honda Vamos Hobio, Diahatsu Hijet Atrai, Suzuki Every, Subaru Dias, Mitsu Townbox, Mazda Scrum Van come to my mind.

I have had two of 98-model manual and I loved them. I drove over 300.000 km in each of them, 135 km back and forth on job every day; over 4 years. Yes they are wind sensitive at high speed, so have a good grip at the steering wheel. Rear seats could fold completely flat, so I could camp in it over night, without backpains after.

I own a 1997 4 door wagon R, the blanks on the bottom of the dash are for your power rear windows. I also have the two blanks on the dash. Ones for the optional fogs and the other is a factory blank. My 5spd WR is much better for long road trips. I daily drive mine as well regularly taking it to the dragon. Love the channel keep it up

I have a 1998 wagonR that was sold in Australia. The power window switches are next to each other rather than the odd setup here. I think my model is based on the 'wide' version, maybe that's why there are some little differences.

This generation of Suzuki Wagon R, also known as 铃木北斗星 in China, has been in production for almost 30 years. There hasn't been much major changes to the car except for refreshed engines designed for the latest emission standards. The Chinese version of this car comes with a 1.4 liter 4 cylinder engine from the factory with almost 100 hp, and you can get a nice working example with left hand drive for around $1000 US.

I love it, the most precious car that ever existed. It sounds like I'd have to get a 4wd model to be comfortable. I want one so bad lol

Hi, I have a 95 Suzuki Wagon R and I have a bad right hand side front steering tie rod. I’ve tried to find the part and even ordered one that seemed to match up with the part number, but it’s still incorrect. Do you have any resources online where I can find the proper part?

We got the wagon r but 1000 and 1200cc in the UK from Brand new.

I have a 03 1.2 Agila. It's bloody great fun to drive. But that might be because it's a manual and UK roads are less boring.

Why not pull the window controls out and switch them so drivers is close to you. Should be super easy to move them

The old model Renault Twingo and the old model Suzuki Wagon R. are the only cars where you can fold all seats, including the front seats. And make a bed. sleeping, sitting, eating in a car are very safe. No problems with rain, thunderstorms, wind or insects. Better than a tent.
