it is actually standard in all of their recently redesigned seats starting 2021-2022 (if i remember correctly) including all premium plus trims as well
Sure the diffuser is plastic, as most other cars use an abundance of the same material. After going from a TTRS to the 2023 S5, I don’t miss my RS at all.
