Do they let you play at the casino where you work or any affiliate casino, or does it have to be some place that's not in their network, like outside all the Ceasars or MGM conglomerate if that's where you were to work?

You have to have strong management skills to get paid "cash" every day. You've done it long enough to manage your money wisely But for new dealers I could see that being a problem real quick. Thoughts?
Early in my dealing career I was spending my money wildly cause it was so accessible! I've learned through the years...you got to save your money. I think dealers who worked a previous job where they got paid every two weeks or so get into this industry and get reckless with their money
