I hardly ever see custom wheels and think ' that's perfect'but these fit perfectly. U should see about getting the exhaust tips painted to match them or exchange them

Hey Kevin - I'm British & have a problem: I want to buy two really good cars, one a four-seat cabriolet & the other a 2 seat coupe. I don't mind buying German but one of the two really should be British - at the very least to help with our balance of payments but just as importantly because I am patriotic & love Britain! I would love to buy a Mclaren 570 (either Spider or GT) but even with an aftermarket exhaust, I am not sure if it would have that incredible sound I am hoping will be part of the package. I do lust after that Merc AMG GTR in Mango Hell Green - 'The Beast of the Green Hell'. Having got up close & personal to one at 'Goodwood Festival of Speed' (incidentally a 15-minute drive from where I live in West Sussex, UK, & the greatest show in the world of its type!) You have to see that Green beast up close to believe it! But your black Jag is British & just as appealing. Maybe I could solve my dilemma by purchasing a similar SVR but also having a Summer Merc AMG C63 S Cabriolet? Then again there is the Mclaren 570 Spider - or GT, but with a Scuderia, exhaust to amplify the flat sounding stock. But Mclaren & Jag are very different cars......Mclaren more stylish & better handling - but is the driving passion there that we know is present in Jag F Type SVR? It would be a trade off that right now, for me, Jaguar wins!

You look kinda cramped in the car. How tall are you? How comfortably do you fit on a scale of 1-10? Been looking at the v6 version for the manual & it's a bit cheaper but I hear it's not very tall person friendly. I'm only 6'1 though.

Great video. Trying to choose between one of these an AMG GTS and a 911 GTS and I can't choose. The AMG is a bit more expensive but nicer inside, the 911 is incredible to drive but doesnt sound or look as gorgeous as the other 2. Impossible decision!

Congrats bro. this was actually one of two cars i contemplated on buying...settled on a c7 stingray instead. Better value, endless mods, removable see-thru targa roof, beast-like handling and turns heads just as well. As a former jag owner, i am no longer down with the bullshit maintenance costs they dish out at the dealer.

Great video, I'm looking into one (2016 convert). A few things, JH, this car is not offered in manual trans, with the V8. Another thing is that the 2015 coupe also and only is offered in all wheel drive, the convertible 2014-2015 is only rear wheel drive. for 2016-17-18 all v8's are AWD, lucky you to drive them canyons, its beautiful up there. cheers

There's definitely a technique to making it pop, while decelerating you can gently press the gas pedal and release it to empty some gas into the engine that will burn when it hits the exhaust.

F type is not the most popular in its segment. But i have to admit that it looks more handsome than all of Mercedes 2-door cars or Audi or even BMW M4

I don't understand the fascination with the pop up vents. It's just extra weight from my perspective. But I want a more race ready version that is about 400 pounds lighter. So it would run dead even against a c7 and still look sexy.

I traded my 2016 Porsche 911 4S in on a Jag F Type R and never looked back. This car is amazing and should be listed at one of the top Super Cars! 550hp, at half to a third o the price of one of the “other” super cars!

The VW Phaeton have vents which are covered when you don't use them... but they don't pop up, just have a cover which automatically unveils it when you're using the fan

Alfa Romeo Giulia QV was voted best stock exhaust, but depends on source. The F-Type R is a close 2nd for me ... Alfa is a twin T V-6

Almost every modern Jag has had those vents, along with the circle shifter that pops up! This car got the land rover shifter, but retains the pop up vents.
