Hello Tommy! These are really awesome considerations! Thank you for sharing them! The item that I dealt the most with was the leased land. Being that we went with a condo, it wasn’t as much of a factor. But….being a person that strives to pay off our houses, ultimately I won’t care for the residual payments that are still required. Would love break downs of how much you can make from vacation rentals, expenses that come with property management companies, dos’ and don’t’ when owning a rental and things that happen that people might not know of. I’ll be calling you this upcoming year when I am ready for my first vacation rental!

A couple condo complex's in cathedral City and Palm desert , part of it is owned land and part is fee land, I believe the desert princess in cathedral City is like that

Excellent video I really enjoyed it - I’m a realtor in Florida semi retired Coldwell Banker and it’s very hot here also fells like is always 110+ for atleast 3 months - will be coming to Palms Springs next winter my sister from Seattle just bought a place in LaQuinta. How far is Big Bear Lake from there? Again great video

Thank you Denise, I appreciate you taking your time to watch! That's neat you are a realtor in Florida. La Quinta is a great city and I'm sure you'll have a fun time. Big Bear Lake is around 81 miles from Palm Springs so 1 1/2 hours depending on traffic!
