5 things that make a girl look desperate 

Im always paranoid about seeming desperate, so i do the complete opposite and show no interest at all most of the time lol. but then they usually lose interest!

If girl needs to do desperate things, that means, look for someone who won't make you desperate.

Which is exactly why when I'm hurting and going through serious issues, I keep things to myself. I learned a long time ago that people don't care. If your happy their laughing with you but when your going through a storm people dissmis you. I see a therapist now when I have serious problems cause sometimes you just want to get things off your heart and mind without being judged.

This is why people are scared to love because of the games guys play.

I don't show any of these signs and I'm still single.

Stop blaming women and maybe, men need to LEARN how to treat a women with RESPECT.

Most Men already have an agenda! They will scan a room and have scoped out: the Big (or small), Easy, the Needy, the Greedy, the Nasty, the Freaky, the Emotional, the Stalker, the Krazy, the Suicidal, the Carrier Type (she'll support me, financially), the Marry Her Type, the Gullible, etc.(just to name a few). Depending upon what that male/Man desires will determine if he'll approach/pursue You! Oh, and Men Love Christian Woman... the walk, talk, style, smile, esp. the Commitment! He'll still try you! If he gets you he's Happy, BUT Greatly Disappointed because he feels the desire to please him was Greater than Your Desire to Please the Creator, our Savior!! Men Love a Godly Woman they can be proud of! Always searching for that Virtuous Woman!!! I hope this Helps!!!

I feel for those who need to do some soul searching. Try not to judge, ignore, nor hate the part of you that is "desperate", I understand why one would immediately go into feelings of shame etc because being desperate is so.. Pathetic (for lack of a better word) instead get acquainted with it. Talk to that part of you. Find out what caused you to be "desperate" btw you weren't born nor designed to be those things. There were things that happened probably one thing maybe a lot that led to this. Get acquainted, heal, forgive, & love that part of yourself. These things don't make you bad! These are your wounds. It's not who you are & yes you can get past it

I was a cereal dater until my last relationship (a year ago) after that I lost all interest in guys/dating. The power in that is I meet guys everyday. While it doesn’t matter because I’m not interested.... i think the fact that I honestly don’t care has worked in my favor. So ladies, get on your grind and stop waiting. That’s the trick 💓

Plead your case? Well, I guess guys don't talk about stuff, then. Because if my friend comes to me to talk about a guy all I think is 'she wants to talk to someone'. Talking about stuff is a part of thought process for a lot of girls. Nothing desperate about that. And if she really doesn't know what's up with your friend and wants to talk to you, it could be that she's genuinely trying to understand the situation.

Not trying to attack your points or discredit... This may wake up some that may not know they are doing the wrong things to get a guy's attention. Some women just need to know when a guy is not into them, and vice versa. But it seems biased. Just because a person does something another doesn't approve of doesn't make them desperate. Some guys say that, and still keep talking to the person they see as "acting desperate," which in itself is desperate. From experience, it goes both ways... I have known a few guys who do the SAME exact things described here in this video, except guys express frustration with rejection differently, usually with anger. The key to getting someone to like you, regardless of gender, is for a person to not embarrass themselves giving or receiving clueless signals.

I find it so amazing how many people (men and women) are hurting and feel alone. You always think that it is just you. But what also seems clear is that we end up this way from playing games and not being effective communicators. As I reflect on my last relationship, I can recall how my ex called and texted everyday and was so enamored with me. We would talk for hours on the phone. But what I also realized was how spending time with him took away from me doing what was best for me. I will admit, I am an introvert and I loner, so when I am in a relationship, my guy is all I need. But I notice a pattern of making myself too available, hence, moving further away from myself and my goals and becoming less of the person that my boyfriend desired in the first place. I think I have finally figured it out... 1) No sex before marriage or an exclusive commitment ( make you stand out from whomever else he may be entertaining and keeps you from getting caught up in lustful emotions and making things more than what they are) 2) Do not settle for anything less than what you want ( among other things, my ex had children. I have none yet and want all of my children to have the same mother and father) 3) Do not expect your common sense to be his ( sometimes, although some things may seem obvious, you may be surprised how much it helps your relationship to be verbal and ensure that he understands what your love language is and what you need and require) 4) Always have God and love in the equation ( never take for granted the power of prayer and love. What I found amazing in my relationship was how happy I was when we prayed and when I made intentional efforts to please my man and show him appreciation. It made him value me more and reciprocate.) Apply these principles and see how much it impacts your next/current relationship. Good luck!

Interesting? And good points. Yes I must admit, I've been guilty of most of those. Right now I'm taking a break & doing some soul searching. Funny, in the beginning, I never chase the guy. In the beginning, they tend to pursue me & seem interested. But being the empath I am, I feel & pick up everything & feel everything deeply. So when I connect & if there's strong chemistry, I get attached, but if someone gives mixed signals, feeds me the illusion that there's something there when they're actions don't follow through, or when that person wants you to be & do certain things for them & they're not reciprocating, not being communicative nor honest about their feelings/intentions, only keeping you dangling on a string wondering?? Yes that is crazy making especially when you're feeling attached to this person, yet only feeling abandoned by them. For me it starts out with me just trying to communicate, open up dialogue, & get some honesty about where I stand.

I agree with #5, but if it's a guy you've been intimate with before, letting him know you don't want sex anymore is a good idea (if a woman really means it). I told a guy I had been seeing for 2 years that I didn't want to be sexually active with him anymore, and he still came over a few times and tried me. One time, he brought me some food from Popeye's and another time, he brought me a rose, watch, and card. I still didn't have sex with him, so he got mad and said he wasn't ever coming back to my house. When we talked on the phone, he told me about a date he went on, and I told him I didn't want to hear about other women, and I got off the phone and haven't spoken to him since.

I don't know about being "desperate" - this could just be because the guy is being an ass and that the girl needs some advice to just leave him.

Gosh, I was so desperate that's why. I gave him everything, he never had to get involved, he had all my love for free. My mom was right, I knew it but it was so hard to stay away from him... 😢

In the end it is all about you and what you want...I can change some things about myself that maybe put me in a better light but this is more effort to fake to please or be someone your not. If the guy your with gets you to the point that you snoop, cry, talk about incessantly and all your thoughts are centered on him you are with the wrong person. Be your own best friend, love yourself and get your own life and being alone is better than the emotional roller coaster that you are on. Dam, #2 I don't even do and I thought you came off as judgemental. You come off as very intelligent in your vids and a lot of what you say makes sense. For this one though I don't think it's fair to say a women is desperate because she expresses feelings of loneliness. Say the person is depressed and keeps it to themselves. Then there's a tragedy and everyone's like wow, I wish I knew what was going on. So how is this any different. When someone is feeling on their own and maybe that's there way of reaching out. Maybe to you it's desperation but that's based more on you as a person and your current perspective rather then them just being in a mood or in need of connection. I guess I just feel like people are so quick to judge the so called desperation of others expression of what they're feeling. This is the reason I would never post these things because of these types of judgements. Sometimes people need other people and sometimes desperation is the appropriate response. We live in a society that represses our natural negative emotions that are actually a healthy response at times. Such as jealousy where it's due. Sometimes that doesn't mean you're a crazy jealous person but instead means there's a particular situation that induces such emotions. So a lot of your advice while insightful can come off as if a woman is suppose to be the perfect individual. You know, always confident, never insecure or at least appear to be that way and that my friend is how you end up with a female sociopath. Real people are flawed and sometimes are going to act stupid no matter how perfect they try to be or how intelligent they are.

So we should look pretty 24/7, cook gourmet meals, have sex at the drop of a dime, and don't talk or express emotions outside of sex. Got it! Is there a campaign to raise money to give guys realistic looking sex dolls/robots?

Sometimes women just need advice and aren't trying to plead their case. Guess it's all in how it's presented. And what about women who want to wait till they are married before intimacy? Think that's something that should be verbalized to let the guy know where you stand on that, and maybe a good way to see what he wants in a relationship too.
