i lived there for two years... it was fine. now im in Florida but MB was great. People from up North cry and whine about issues in the South, I tell them to move back north Lol
Don't see a lot of South Carolina license tags roaming around up north. Here since '86. Used to love it, can't stand it now. Too many people, too many cars. Carpetbaggers have ruined the South.
NEVER buy in a HOA neighborhood! Go find a few acres deep around Conway. Are their any cabins? I want to retire with a small house with big land, nobody looking to retire in a 2 floor $400,000 money-labor pit!
