They don't tell you this because it gives them a financial advantage. Why let a sucker know when you are conning them, is their attitude. Good video and important reminder for a life perspective rather than stress that you are not being treated fairly. It is easy to fall into that trap as well.

Thanks Will... I am going to send this to my Son who recently had a "trial" at an EPL team, which meant travelling from overseas.... only to find out it was just a week of training and not even with the first team coaches, despite his African agent saying otherwise and promising him loads of opportunities.... Sadly I think my Son is being played and I can't do anything about it... I will pass on this video to him

Dont! Only serious clubs in existence do mini tournaments for serious developments. Get only in a legitimate stable financially FC within tournaments, stop throwing money! Ive seen microbises with children clubs like that where they are exactly what they are : for development not scouting or Proffessional!

Gotta know the Lord God as your first and priority connection Jesus bless Will John I respect your honesty on videos and seriously trying to help people in soccer. Would be responsible if you could you make a point to please stop the swearing and try to be an influence to the other guys you work with on RU-vid etc. to do the same. Do it on behalf of everybody but the kids especially it’s not a good example they already see professionals on tv or whatever do the same sometimes thinking it’s actually acceptable talk as a professional soccer player so they imitate it and they actually think they sound cool while in reality people who are outside looking in and aren’t in high school, middle school think they sound like an idiot or something is wrong at home, and it can affect peoples relationships,job, schooling… I hope you take this humbly and don’t get offended, I’m in my 20’s and it play at a higher level than some and still going much higher praise God . Please take this seriously I am around quite a bit of younger guys and some of the language is straight up stupid it’s nothing new but I know they’re getting it from watching/listening to who they want to be like.
