But tbh I don't remember talking to her that much outside of things about our studies unlike when we first met where I would always make way for us to talk. I basically treated her not as my crush but as one my friends male or female and that's why I was really surprised when she said that. This was when all of those prank videos are really famous so I thought it's a prank lol

@K.D.Sedits i have left two companies in this state over it, and one in thr last state I lived in. Like I can't change the way I look ya know..and it always starts with some hot chick spreading a rumor. I am about tp be in a legal battle with my last job JUST TO GET another job. No failed drug tests or anything, but I am not listening to some dude threaten me jist because they don't like how I look...I will protect myself though. Might be psychotic, still a US citizen and my state has stand-your-own-ground. Idk hopefully that isn't the case...hopefully people just figure out I'm not a meth head, not a sex offender, not a creep, not gay, not a devil worshipper...just a guy...who WILL protect their self...damn it I hate stupidity. The most dangerous force on Earth.

I've been there too .... In the end what I got out of my first crush were many private tears, and the determination to improve as a person so that I could at least feel worthy of her. By the time I sort-of felt a bit worthy, so many years had passed that I was just way too late and she had moved on. But now I've been married to my sweetie for nearly 30 years, my first crush was a memory and a learning experience for the younger me. That experience has given me empathy when I see the younger generations going through the same painful experience as me.

Unfortunately, I have made the first mistake and the third one. I tend to be around with one of my crushes a lot, but later on, they saw me as awkward and didn’t acknowledge me. And even though I was trying to get to them more, I was unsure of myself. They only talk to me when they need something and keep it very short, instead of checking on me and having a good conversation. I’ll try to avoid making those mistakes and the others in the future.

The texting one depends on the person. Try matching each others texting pattern. My crush and I are super busy so it can be 12hrs between texts. But we send about 6 multi sentence texts in the span of 20min when we are avaliable just continuing the conversation

first of all, i’m a fan of getting each other to know regularly & see what happens. taking it a bit slow is a good approach, but if the chemistry is there, it can unfold on their own pace. secondly, i hate to string people along or gain validation of them, i don’t need this. when i like someone, i’m straightforward to it. i also wouldn’t say i wanna be friends to have them sticking around. negging (i haven’t heard the term before) i never a good idea, as no one wants to feel a bit bad about themselves. you can tease in a positive yet playful way that makes the other person feel good. i love being in contact when i like someone, yet appreciate it if they don’t take it personally if i don’t respond always straight away, as i (&them) have also things to do and can’t be available all the time. it’s good to tell your crush. don’t wait too long. you have nothing to lose ❤

1. I compliment them like i would to myself 2. I don't think i do 3. I see us as equals even with them being celebs 4. I somewhat done this but it wasn't too soon at the same time, it took a while to actually tell them and i got the courage because of the what ifs 5. I used to text them but i don't anymore (one of them restricted how much fans can text without being accepted) even when i texted them i never did it a lot 6. I would NEVER do this 7. I would stop if they say no, not only for the self worth reason but also for their consent and them saying no is their answer and my que to stop. I've never been in love with someone before and loved anyone romantically before and i just wanna make them happy and feel good like they do for me. I’ve made all of these mistakes before. Has it hurt my chances a lot, definitely. It was better than the times I didn’t say anything and actually missed my chance, though. I’ve been recounting those moments and trying to learn from them. I’ve got a crush right now and I don’t get to talk to her much as we work in different areas. I’d like to, but asking for the opportunity to chat more outside of work didn’t work out for me last time and am hesitant to try again. A friend tells me that she’s just a kind and friendly person. Maybe I should just let fate take the wheel here and try my hand at our chance encounters first before taking a plunge.

You can try without being a try hard. Most girls will not initiate even if they're crazy about you. If you don't at least try, a girl could conclude that you're not worth her time if you're not brave enough to ask her out.

It doesn't work both ways when it has been the social norm for thousands of years. Most women still believe in it. They want someone with masculine traits, someone who can take charge and take the initiative by asking her out. Even for those women who don't believe in it, they may feel that going against this norm is so unusual that they could appear desperate just by asking a guy out, thereby ruining their chances.

I am wondering if I should ask this girl out for valentines day. We've talked twice in person and texted a bit over smaller things like hobbies and current situations etc and I really like her and I at least know she does like me too to some extent as she was the one to text me first but I really only know her for a few weeks and I dont know if its too soon? There is something that could be misunderstood, it is not ok to use negging as a way to get a reaction, but don't think it is the same as teasing for the sake of being playful. The difference is simple and said in the video, negging is done with a malicious intent, to make the other feel insecure about something in themselves. But teasing can be just to joke around and if you already established some kind of bond or approach with a person, it is some kind of flirting actually. As long as the teasing doesn't annoys nor harms the other person, it is something that serves as a way to keep things fun at times, just don't over use them and be respectful to the other person if they let you know they don't want to be teased in a certain way. Key as in every relationship, mutual understanding and respect.

Oof I’ve committed at least 3 of these wrongs. I get anxious and feel worse when she doesn’t reply to me, texting is so bad for my brain and my emotions. I also fumbled when I was unable to restrain my thoughts and I had no filter this one night and said something weird and regretful, which put an awkward barrier between us. Dude I struggle with sending mutiple messages to just my friends. Like I’ll text a friend to ask to play a game and then proceed to send 3-4 more in the next 30 minutes till they tell me why they can’t. It’s a pretty bad habit but my friends don’t seem to mind it sooo it can be put on hold.

I NEED HELPP Soo idk where to say this but, I have a senior crush and I've known him since last year. We get to know each other in a school club sort of. Even I had a chance to be his co-stars in a play. The thing is, Idk if he has the same feeling as mine. He gave small hints, but also not showing he is prioritizing me (maybe because he is my senior, so it's more likely he focuses on school). One time I borrowed his lab coat and it was full of perfume, the smell was so strong that my friend noticed. He also always answering my text message, he jokes around sometime. He kept the things I gave to him last year. These sort of stuff makes it hard for me to forget him. Should I confess to him or not? My plan is to confess next week and see how it goes. If you guys have a tip or something please let me know. Reaaally need help heree

I did the texting one. Well, i didnt do many of them at a time, i only text my crush everytime he is absent to class. I send some notes about homework and assignments on the subject he is absent. At first he replied "thanks" but awhile ago he didnt replied, he only read the text. The moment he didnt replied, i realized, maybe he dont need these anymore, so i stopped. After awhile i think about this, now i regret texting him. Even Psych2Go made this video that makes me even more regret it. But, he already knew i have a crush on him, because i told that i have a crush on him to my close friends. Then my close friends slowly tell a few people in class, until my crush heard it. Now the whole class knows. But i got rumors that my crush likes me too. Not sure, maybe he WAS having a crush on me, but now he doesnt. Theres someone else who has a crush on me, and the whole class knows. Maybe because of that, my crush doesnt want to make me more liking him. (Sorry if bad grammar)

Part of the first bit of advice seems a little iffy. I mean, I understand not being clingy and giving some space, but if you just sit there waiting for them, and they're sitting there waiting for you, you'll both just end up missing out on what could have been. I guess it's not wrong, the bit about 'wait for them to initiate' just seems poorly worded. There's a balance between putting yourself out there and respecting boundaries but going too far either way will just leave one alone in the end.
