Im South African and I also moved to the UK. I currently study Law in London and the most difficult part about moving was saying goodbye as well... Loved Your video x
Hello, I'm looking to set up a little DJ crew and little party crew, I need a few people to join in, I have been looking for South African people in London but I have not been able to find none, I got some South African songs, I don't know the language but I like the beats, I think that the beats are really good, let me know if we can join force and work together, please.
I am South African living in Canada and I wish people who are in South Africa understood the loneliness of living abroad. And you better move with enough cash to survive . Even if you have a job right away, you will still need to buy furniture and things that will make you comfortable
This is absolutely true……..it’s all good when you move but when reality kicks in and you realize that you are on your own it gets extremely lonely……I hope you find friends that feel like home/family
@@nanznyongo8292 I was lucky that my brother was already living here, so there was a community that right away I became part of. I have been here for awhile now, I am used to it. The first year it's the hardest, and it eventually gets better. I hope the UK treats you well💖
I was keen optimistic to travel to Canada, I tried all I could to get a Canada visa I failed for three years, A medical doctor based in Canada referred me to Mr Ethan Lucas and his team really guided me through and I migrated to Canada in 2021 successfully at affordable cost.
Hey Nonz thank you for the video.... exactly what I need. I'm in Swaziland, neighbour to SA and I'm actually planning to relocate too....super anxious...but thank you for the tips...now will start with my planning and researching
Hi there! Thank you for taking the to share your experiences with us all. I was wondering if you could do a video, if you haven't already, about the cost of living in London. Like groceries, transport etc. if it's worth moving and if they quality of life will be worth it, assuming I am going to get a job upon moving over. Thank you again!
I have made a decision to move next year,I am trying to find a job under skilled professionals...Accounting /Finance to be specific.where to Start which legit website to use please share Nana and thanks for sharing your experience very helpful
Look at gov.uk, i know that the NHS fee was £2000 and now its going up to £5000 so multiply that by R24. Workvisa, student are craze expensive. The NHS is compulsory fee.
Hi sis. Thank you so much for the video. Honestly, my biggest fear with any country in the west is level of racism. Can you please tell me how your experience has been like there as a black woman? I know that places like London that are more metropolitan and multicultural tend to be better, but any opinion or experience would be appreciated ❤️.
I was in England for a year or 2 for studies, I will say that there are loads of different races and people seem very accepting. I am South African and didn't face any form of discrimination, however, you should try and stay in London because that's where I saw the most races and I'm not sure if the smaller towns are as open with it. I hope this helps and I wish you the best🇿🇦👍
My son moved to London in Dec 2020 and he says racism is not an issue. But he has seen yobs tease Muslim women on the tube. He has had to step in and protect her.
Hey Nanz.thanks for sharing When you said it took you three months to decide-did you both have jobs already? Or u still had to apply? How long was your application process?7 What industry are you in if I may ask.
Hi Phumudzo. Thank you for watching. No, only my husband had a job and I still had to apply within a month of apply I got a job, which I’m happy with. I’m in marketing.
Everyone talks about teachers being under a high demand but nobody talks about how it's actually ONLY mainly secondary teachers. Us Foundation Phase? Not so much. Super rare and super expensive😢

Oh, so you are from South Africa, I have been looking to make friends with some South African people in London, I got some South African songs, I don't know the language but I like the beats of the songs, I'm planning to start DJing again, I want to be playing the South African songs when I'm DJing but I don't know any South African person in England.
@@nanznyongo8292 : Hello sister, thanks for the effort, (appreciated). I'm not using Instagram now and I have not used it for months now, this is because I'm having a problem installing the App on my phone now, so this means that I need to get another phone that can allow the App installation, so I'm gonna try to get another phone any time from now but I got Facebook now which I can use any time that I want now. So can we connect on Facebook for now until I get another phone to install the Instagram App? let me know if you can, please! :).
@@johannesmthembu8663 : There are many different types of jobs in London and it can be easy to get them as long as you have exactly what the employers are looking for from the applicant. Which country is KZN?
My advice is to stay away from London it's like moving to Sandton. U should leave within your means and remind yourself. What u have come for..make sure that yr house is still intact at home. Cook save money. Buy clothes on sale
Hii Sizo.. i happen to have similar aspirations to migrate to the UK but the problem is that i dont know where to begin and i need your assistance interms of advising me
