Philip Hawkins I’m an American and although I don’t agree with such a high age, I think people were concerned about drinking and driving, since practically everyone except for those living in mid/large cities has one or more cars. Still, if you can enlist in the Army, I think you’re old enough to drink!

I mean, the only reason citizens are allowed to vote starting at 18 (instead of 21) is because people got angry that 18-20 year old were dying in a war they couldn't vote for or against. The sentiment began during WWII and was intensified during the Vietnam War. We could make that happen again with the legal drinking age if we really wanted

nah dude being 14 is really fun, you're right in your teenage years, wich happens only once in a lifetime. When you turn 18 you are an adult for the rest of your life, its hard to digest you will see when you get there. For now really enjoy your teenage years and have fun

I'm turning 18 tomorrow. I think my biggest regret is not doing enough in my teenage years. Technically, I'm still a teen, and I'll be in high school for another year (graduating at 19), but I still feel like I have a lot of things I should've accomplished that I never did. For one, I've never kissed a girl, never (seriously) went out on a date, never really done anything. And for some odd reason, I feel like when I wake up in the morning tomorrow, it will be the finish line.

One thing i heard somewhere that really helped me is “It’s weird that people think you need to start dating as soon as you are not a kid”. You have your whole life ahead of you. You don’t have to worry about finding a romantic partner so soon. Most relationships in high school don’t last very long after high school anyways.

I am 15 years old and i would like to think that in a few years when i turn 18 or in a year someone is reading this comment. It's hard for me because i never got financially or responsibly taught and i just grew up on the internet. This is my first video i am watching to gain knowledge on how to be stable in the future. In the US can you only vote after 18? In Brazil, you are allowed to vote after you turn 16, as long as you get your Voter's License; when you turn eighteen voting becomes compulsory.

I am only talking about the ones who are in college. I am 22 and in last year of college and like a girl in my college who is 19 so we are only 3 years apart in age and she is in 1st year of college.
