I don't think the Anime can fit all the lore in Genshin. If they only decided to animate the AQ + limited events, it's not enough. There are many world quests (lore related) that are good for Anime like Time & Winds, Guili Assembly, Sakura cleansing, Enkanomiya, Ruu, Aranyaka, Golden Slumber, Dirge of Bilqis, Khaveranah of good & evil, Narzissenkruez etc...

Usually, animes are quite short on details ...only those adapted from books ore novels are really deep in story and world building.

So, at that time, Rex Lapis could've been a thousand years old or under 20 years, who knows. And the thing with Genshin's documented lore, things like "it is said that," "legends say that," "According to popular beliefs," etc, are often used. So there's always room for interpretation.

1000 times bigger. right now from inazuma to fontaint iirc it's about 5km. considering teyvat is supposed to be a continent, that means at least australia size, the smallest continent. australia from east to west about 4000km.

mondstadt to liyue took 3 days in lore, but ingame it's about 5 mins. let's say 5000mins from mondstadt to liyue, that's pretty much 3 day and a half. which fits the lore.

Correct me if I am wrong, but doesn't the recent lore on the Adepti (Xianyun, Fujin, Chenyu vale ...) hint at the possibility of Morax being older than 6000 years? If the Adepti came to being without waiting for the Gods, then the ancestor of the Adepti (shlong-dong) SHOULD be older than 6000 years. Especially since Fujin mentioned the existence of the Adepti since the age where ''divine envoys'' guided people, that's how the world worked before the Great Calamity. Little Mao also talks about people talking to the ''Gods and Adepti in the Sky'' through the Altar, which makes sense for him using ''I've _dwelt_ upon this land for more than 6000 years''.

Why do you imply he IS from teyvat? 🐸 There is a difference between saying "I am more than 6000 years old" and "I have been in Teyvat for more than 6000 years old." When one says he is over 100 years, it means he is over this range which generally means 101-109. But when when one says that he has been in a certain place for more than 100 years, it doesn't mean he is more than 100 years old himself. Simple reading comprehension issue but that is understandable.

We saw 3 moons in game already. The one in the loading screen, one above Teyvat and one in the Abyss.

@@zelktheinvader7874 the one in the loading screen could very well be the one in the sky of teyvat. so, the third moon could be the one we see in khaenriah disaster. it's kinda hard to tell if there's not much visual difference to distinguish the three.

no they don't. All the lore is in game and anything resembling actual in game lore in hoyofair creations is just based off the lore in game. Like this video, it's just based off of the book in game, this isn't new lore. Hoyofair never had and will never be the medium through which hoyo themselves release new lore as hoyo has no hand in making whatever is in hoyofair.

The fact is that the story itself only develops once or twice a year and 90% of it is hidden in books or somewhere else instead of letting us play it. We are then literally only allowed to pick mint. That really makes me sad sometimes. And I'm glad that we have so many good Lore CC's on RU-vid.
