Thank you so much. I am going to go through ivf in November. I never thought about the things you brought to light...especially about freezing some eggs for myself and what to do with extra embryos. Thank you

@@BATOOLESK i am sorry to say that ivf cycle didn't go so well for me. I managed to get 3 eggs. All of them fertilized. The doctor decided we had to do a 3 day embryo transfer. We transferred all 3. Got pregnant. Unfortunately we miscarried at 6 weeks. We weren't happy at that fertility clinic so we decided to try another fertility center. At the new center we got 11 eggs. All fertilized. 5 made it to day 5. We transferred 2 5day embryos. I am happy to say we are 15 weeks pregnant with a singleton. I still need to freeze some eggs for myself though...maybe after i give birth.

There isn't anything harder in life than infertility. Do what you can to find your tribe. A group of people that will listen to you and support you.

Simi Dias I don’t know of any that are unsafe! Tea is so soothing and such a great way of creating calm for yourself so drink the teas that you love the best.

If you have thin uterus lining ahould you do fertility yoga and accupuncture and less workout 60 mins brisk walk on treadmill and pilates 30 mins 4x a week?

Please Dr what about someone who went through chemotherapy and MRT can IVF be okay?

Felicienne chuijang yes! If you didn’t freeze your eggs and embryos ahead of time it’s okay. Get your amh level checked and see if you have eggs left. If you do talk to a fertility doc ASAP. And if not, talk to your doc about donor eggs and donated embryos. So many beautiful ways to grow your family.
