You don’t need to be jellous. That means you don’t have it but you already have access to it and can watch it 😅Why would you need to be jellous when this already exists. It doesn’t have to be made by your country, if you like it more that your own countries media then just watch this more lol. You can just watch it and enjoy the awesomeness that is British comedy. What makes countries and their media different is what makes them awesome. That’s why it’s great to get a taste of so many. This is coming from a Kiwi (a New Zealander) who gets to enjoy them all.
@@gracebrown3074 Maybe I can offer some perspective as a Canadian; it would be cool to see our top comedians of the west sitting in a room together playing games for hours - even once. We don't get to see them interact in this sort of way, so there ends up being SIGNIFICANTLY less material available in general. If I feel like binge watching comedy shows I always end up back here.
@mookamoka3 I guess what I’m saying is if they did that in your own country it still wouldn’t be the same. We have tv shows and stuff where our comedians do meet and chat and it’s very different to this and while I do like it I like it in a different way. And so I always come back to Brittcom cos nothing can do it like them. The same way no one can do it like New Zealand. That’s the beauty of culture I think that they do things differently, and the fact that you and I, from two different countries outside of Brittan, can really enjoy this style of comedy shows why it’s so cool to share cultures. There’s shows that I love from Canada that I know if it was made in NZ it wouldn’t be the same and same goes for Brittan. I’m not jellous of it though because they are avalible to me I still get to experience them they are still here. Why should I be jellous of something I already have? Even if it’s not from my culture I guess is what I’m saying. And I love how shows like this help me to appreciate other cultures and see how wonderful they are. The fact that they are different is what makes them awesome.
I love how Jimmy and Noel, who know Richard very well, were laughing away, while Rob, who didn't know him well at the time, isn't quite sure what's going on! Brilliance of Richard on display
@@JohnGottschalkYes, it was in 2015 when he was paired with Jo Brand. This is the clip: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-xAKkFS6Ykr4.html
Kinda shocked that the time Noel and Russel were overtly getting the answers from the audience members who texted them, brought an audience member onstage to try to answer an question, them also refusing to write anything, culminating in Jimmy asking something like "You know how you said you weren't going to write any answers? Please write some answers." Thought it'd be #1.
Richard and Noel paired together means they never get anything done. But Richard has the best moment on this show. It makes it better that he rarely swears so it's unusual to hear it
No matter how many times I watch clips of the Maltese incident, it cracks me up every time. It’s almost gotten to the point that I can recite word for word what Richard says as he says it.
7:00 2008 James Corden takes it seriously 10:00 2012 James Corden, having previously learned it's not to be taken seriously, completely stops taking it seriously
They’ve all done that from time to time. Some appearances they take it overly serious as a joke and sometimes they don’t at all. Just depends the mood and what the other contestants are doing and who your teammate is.
They missed out the bit just before where James is laughing like a mad man about the Katy Perry question. James asked Sean "what do you think" in terms of the answer, and Sean said "she's got great tits"
I’ve seen him getting upset about “Sex and the City the Movie” before, but I didn’t know it was right after the one team said High School Musical 2 instead of 3, got a point, and no one gave a shit.
@@raspar6In support of this assertion, I went ahead and researched this for the hell of it, and it appears James is confusing the DVD release poster with the actual Cinema posters, no version of which I can find has "the movie" anywhere on the poster. The DVD release poster, which likely appeared in stores and movie rental places, does say "the movie." I'm not sure if this makes the gag more or less funny, but there it is.
Yeah. Saw the early signs of Corden believing his own hype and flying up his own arse. If he's not in therapy trying to stop his distorted idea of fame , he should be.
And the big fat quiz does it again. Loved this show. Laughter therapy... Poor Richard with Biff on the other team bringing up his deep supressed traumafrom his school years. The humiliation once again raw as the audience laughs and the teacher does nothing, nothing. But Richard comes back with the perfect retort about Biff being fresh from the womb. Love that man s quick wit.
Jimmy Carr used to have the weirdest look because he was somehow simultaneously chubby in the face and hips while still looking emaciated in the neck and chest.
Corden was wrong and right about Sex and the City. The name of the movie is simply "Sex and the City", however all the official marketing and advertising was "Sex and the City: The Movie".
the actual foodfight incident with the cakes was probably my personal favourite and it's not even included here! unless that was some sort of strange fever dream that i had
I looked it up on Wikipedia ‘Sex and the City’ Was advertised as ‘sex and the City: The Movie’ But the theatrical release posters dropped ‘: The Movie’ from the title.
@@anglosaxon2367 I dont leave anywhere near to where he has ever lived. But I feel sorry for anyone who has had to tolerate him representing their country in any sort of way
6:27 now that people have been made aware that James Corden is like this you can actually feel aggression coming from him not in a fun like way. Even Sean who’s usually aggressively playful with his comedy is a bit ‘oof’ as to how he is. Kinda sucks because people had to live alongside that happening as if it was humorous and only now do we see more angry spotlight persona.
carpool karaoke and some moments on his show are funny. I don't get it tho- Is it because of the bad cat movie that ppl suddenly think it's cool to hate everything he does?
It’s not until recently that I discovered the brilliance of 8 Out of 10 Cats and 8 Out of 10 Cats Do Countdown, so I’m sad that I didn’t become aware of him until after he passed. 😢
"You're sat in the wrong spot, you should be presenting the fucking show" "That's what everyone at home is thinking" says the man with the cancelled show lmao
