How can I help my 6 yr old sensory seeking daughter while at gymnastics? She loves it but on some days it seems like the environment is too much so she has crying or anger outburst. The group class is roughly 1 hour
Try some sensory activities before the class to help with regulation! If possible, allow her to take breaks before she becomes overstimulated - maybe talking to her instructor about what's happening and what they can do to help!
