Although I love all your videos, this one hits the hardest because it focuses on the emotional/mental side of the injury (which is seldom talked about in WC). More importantly, you shared great practical tips on spiritual restoration with God (which is more important than everything else as Christ followers). The dedicated quiet time is what I need in this whirlwind season of my life, I felt like God was using you to send a strong reminder to me. I started following your 5 steps, and although not perfectly consistent yet, I saw a difference right away. I love the worship song "Echo Holy" by Red Rocks Worship because it purely focuses on worshipping God alone. Yes going into a big depresión and very stress , super stress . And very very sad . Overwhelmed My pain had increased tremendously and mobility. Tried to big as much as I can to God as I can . It’s a horrible system!!!! The mental and physical and spiritual anguish you deal with and of course they protect themselves from “pain and suffering” bc clearly they know this is a nightmare! I hope you’ve settled by now or healed!
