I have been teaching for 28 years ,its delightful to watch videos related to teaching ,teaching is my life and I love students they are living files ,we are responsible for their wonderful life

I use following tips to make my noisy class calm I love this song 1. Toosty role Lolipop We have been talking Now let's stop 2. I use eraser or duster and ask students to assume it remote control I pause my students wd that duster 3. Sometimes I enter class wearing a costume or face mask that would guage attention of my students 4. Students love stories So when there is noise I start a story line n my students are become focused 4. I make different faces,ask question 5.when above-mentioned tips dnt work I simply become grumpy wd students n warn them...to be very honest our kids way more different than those in west so sometimes teachers have to be petty harsh to mend their behavior... But if we use above listed tips wd consistency thn it is possible to engage students in a better way
