74 now Kelly & no more insurance for me. Not certain I can take the heat there in SR ? Cost of my prescription meds - 6 of them - are a real concern too ! Finding out prices and availability is a serious matter for me. Love the 'idea' of moving there - but actually making it happen is somewhat 'stressful' ? A Schwab account is my pick too. Many expats use them in the Philippines - my other choice for retirement. Manila has the US Embassy with a SS office for retired US expats - and they will deposit directly into a Philippines Bank. + There's a VA clinic for Veterans ! Biggest advantage for me is the cooler more comfortable weather @ 2,000 ft elevation an hour S. from Manila. No AC needed very often ! --- Enjoyed your video like I always do -- and -- looking forward to the next one. All the best !
