Man there is SOOO much good stuff in this video. I'll have to watch it a few more times with my Live2 in my lap. First thing to do though was to subscribe and like. You are an amazing teacher and I'm so glad I found you. Looking forward to watching more of your videos.
Thanks for your feedback and support! I'm glad you found the video valuable and took the time to subscribe I look forward to sharing more valuable content with you.
Yo, Lil Cuz - tha part thaaa part! I’m deep in this MPC game.. I was messing with DefJam South back in the early 2000s. I still move with it… Rock with it… Keep it up, bro! You got good information I watch your shows all the time stay with it Cuz.
Thank you for all the videos man. I just bought one. Hope you get a deal with Akai or they give a link to purchase from you in future. Thank you for teaching man.
Omfg, tip 4 is exactly what I’ve been wanting since I picked up a Live 2. Coming from an Octatrack I just couldn’t understand why they were locked like that. Thank you!
I come from the old mpc’s. The 2500,1000,500 and this made my work flow a hell of a lot faster. I was getting annoyed with the sample not looping and couldn’t figure out why but pad 16?!🤯 bro! Why tho akai 😂 why not pad 1?🤣 keep dropping the knowledge homie!💯💯
I love your videos. You explain things well. And you actually show the mp and the button you are using. My mp is on the way. Can’t wait to get back into making beats.
glad you find the videos helpful bro thanks for watching and whenever your mpc comes if you like more help 1 on 1 right now i have a ebook out of all the youtube shorts combined and the limited edition comes with a free 1 on 1 you can see it hear if interested koji.to/k/9m7k
I honestly wouldn’t have purchased this live 2 if I hadn’t saw bro 1st!!! just seem like so much trouble to make a beat after going DAW for many years n started with a mpc2000
bro i remember being in guitar center just trying to get a beat together didn't know how to get around to anything and just left lol but naw the mpc definitely dope glad to hear you pick one up , i think it also allows you to be more creative vs a daw just giving you endless options
Man your tutorials have really leveled up my MPC game bigtime, especially using press/hold on the q link(aka...midi mapping). Especially useful when using a low pass filter on drums and transitions in sequences without affecting every sequence. Awesome work, thank you!🙏
I appreciate it ....hit link slices that just open the door that was really irritating me before I saw this video I had to make small slices by the time I finished with what I wanted to slice half of it was in Bank a half of it was in Bank b and the qlink thing was a big help to thanks bro
lol naw this is hook up to a recorder but the sound from the mpc speakers is still dope check out my playlist on mpc and the first video i did was just mpc speaker
thanks for watching and yea koji bogus asl still need to switch out the links in the older videos but in my newer video you can use this link buymeacoffee.com/jaefreshmen
@@DennisTaylorKnatural yes on program it works but many others mpc user including myself face the issue when it comes to doing that on the output 1/2 and also bro you dont have to press record if write is on while on the program insert , so i use looper as i work around and by any means im not an expert on mpc i haven't been on it for even a year so i maybe missing something but i tested it out many times
very good video. but you speak very fast. for us from other countries it is difficult to read the translation and watch the video. please speak just a little slow. Thank you for understanding
didn't notice i did but then again bro thats not the purpose of this video with much respect to you and what you believe it wasn't intentional to target you but thanks for watching to a certain point
@@JaeFreshmen Your welcome. Just interested in the MPC Live, they have something newer that costs maybe 3 times more, I’ll look into that one too, but I’m thinking the Live will be able to accomplish the same thing. Thanks.
