LIGHTING! Made such a huge difference in my daily work. I went with tons of LED strips as well. That and space, which I'm still working on and you covered in your video about reclaiming it. Def agree on the air compressor. I've had a meh Harbor Freight unit for quite some time, but badly need to upgrade. Switching to mostly cordless tools though has def reduced my reliance. Spot on with the welder. I do plan to wire my garage for 220 in the near future. Also want to step up to TIG welding. It becomes an addiction pretty quickly to be able to fab anything, hah. Folding or easy storing large equipment in general is nice. I have a press brake and it takes up tons of floor space which is a big PITA. Eventually you just have to get a larger space I guess. Also just mounted my bench vise to my actual bench for the first time in my life a couple days ago. Going to be sooo much nicer than using it on the floor. Reclaiming my space has been huge!
