You wish! Suggesting that you know the truth to general success and everyone needs to hear it is a bit pretentious. Don´t you think? Great self-marketing though. However: Cobbler, stick to your trade! I like your real estate videos much better. Also that suit and shirt don´t match - at least not in that lighting situation. Wishing you all the best with your brokerage. Kindest regards
Ryan you are by far one of the most inspiring people!! I actually cried a little in the middle of your speech. Thera are not many people that can motivate people from just a video or a speech. But you sure do!!
Ryan this is one of your best speeches. Very impressive and I wish I could see the whole talk, not just the summary version. You are the one who got me thinking about Tik Tok and how to use it for business. I don’t have a successful approach to Tik Tok yet, but your example is helping me envision possible paths. All the best for the fall. Cheers. Chris.
Successful people don't become that way overnight. What most people see at a glance wealth, a great career, purpose is the result of hard work and hustle over time. I pray that anyone reads this will be successful in life 👊
04:45 this is the most underrated skill in real estate... instead of boring just sold posts, I think we need more of what Ryan does & utilize storytelling- its been proven since cavemen. And it's much easier to do than some may think. People move from their current home to their new home for deep reasons. As an agent you're the guide from point A to point B, and they're the hero of the story. It can follow the book Storybrand by Donald Miller or Stories that Stick by Kindra Hall 1. Current Living Situation (point A) - What are they moving from? Why are they moving it? And why now? What's wrong with their current home? 2. Future Living Situation (point. B) - What are they moving to and why? 3. The Journey from Old Life (point A) to New Life (point B) - every "hero" has "trials & tribulations" or obstacles they had to overcome but they end up achieving the result they wanted because of the guide, think Luke Skywalker & Yoda, Frodo & Gandalf and Harry Potter & Dumbledore And you can turn this into video using a basic structure like Hook, Setup, Conflict & Resolution (more detailed in the Notion page) But that's only 1 way, there's case studies like the Harvard Business School has used since the 1920s, specific moments in deals like what Ryan does on his videos, and way more. There's endless use cases that have a MUCH bigger impact than a post that says "look at me I just sold this house." So I wanted to share a no opt-in, no tracking, entirely free resource how to use stories in real estate if you want to learn more: aimpactmedia.notion.site/Telling-Money-Making-Client-Stories-Instead-of-Useless-Just-Solds-de2cb5d8966041f48801086cca8d8b74
Thanks, that's very detailed. So this Notion thing looks like the new blog... How much do you pay to have the feature to share it as a webpage like that? Thanks again!
