This is my favorite vlog yet- Hamwey’s videography made me notice the beauty in the small things while Serhant’s attitude and words empowered and encouraged me to take ownership of my life and mindset. I just really want to point out how rare and impressive this kind of symbiosis is. Wow, guys. This didn’t feel like anyone else’s vlog. It had a brand all its own in the most beautiful way.
Ryan this video gave me the biggest push forward, I am 22 yrs old, married and have 2 kids. I have bills to pay and I am a South Florida Real Estate Agent. When it gets tough for me I listen to YOU! Thank You!
The reason people have a bad attitude because its easier to be upset, then it is to be happy. -- Ryan Serhant. This is for all those you chose to dislike this video.
Man, you are killing it with these vlogs. A few years from now someone is going to take all the positivity from these and make one of those 4-hour long motivational soundtrack loops. Thanks for the positive energy, Ryan.
This Vlog is huge. It should be our non-negotiable instruction for each day. Need to listen to this weekly if not, every morning as we get ready to tackle the day. It’s a choice to be positive or negative.
This one hit home for me...happiness is indeed a choice, and we have to choose that. The declaration of independence says "Life, Liberty and the PURSUIT of happiness." Happiness is indeed a pursuit, its not guaranteed and we need to chase it every day.
Honestly have to say this is the best video yet from this youtube channel. The positive mindset talk in this video has changed my thinking forever. Thank you Ryan!
Ryan your The Vlogfather. Love your point about choosing the positive windows to look through. My wall is to put an imaginary protective bubble around myself to keep negative people and negativity out. Keep up the great vlog.
Attitude of gratitude has carried me a long way. You are so right, Ryan - being negative is SO easy. I've found that some people have to have a villain in their life - it keeps them from looking at themselves. Thanks for a great blog!
This video is a masterpiece - Thinking positive no matter what is a choice and is the only way to force good stuff to happen when its not. Great video.
I love that he incorporates motivational Wisdom on his videos. It’s something that everyone can relate to even if their in the business or not. It’s definitely appreciated. Keep it going Ryan!
There’s a handful of people I listen to and your videos are always refreshing. My first impression of you is that you are real and funny and my second thought is that you are a genius in your work. You have that personality that everyone wants to be around and I find that to be rare these days. Now I’m late for my event because I’ve been talking all day! Lol J/k. Awesome video and channel my man. Thanks.
It´s great the advice you offer but for me the best advice to be happy and really get that energy going on is to be selective upon the thoughts and feelings that enter your subconscious, once you dominate what thoughts and feelings enter and what not you open up the gateway to your own happiness and self control. Great channel!!
Ryan, I'm in Real Estate down here in beautiful South Florida. For as many years as I can imagine I have the same philosophy as you do. Even though I may go through negative cash flow times being a Realtor, I still cant imagine doing anything else. One of the things I am envious with you and your team is the amount of exposure you have gotten and give to your team members. I do open houses for another agent and that is how I get most of my contacts, that to me is sweat equity and so worth it. I hear all these agents talking about there listing. I think for now, I am very comfortable being a buyers agent. Love this vlog and the amazing positivity keep it up!!
you uplifted my soul, thank you I truly appreciate you bless you and your loved ones with more love, more light always and forever in your journey to the unknown.it's gods calling
This was one of your best... I agree with most of what you said I would just add sometimes it's also easy to put rose tinted glasses on or to bury your head in the sand. If you have a real problem say for example some negative feedback that is valid you have to look at it at face value, then work out if there needs to be adjustment in the way you do things. I do agree though you there is always a negative way at looking at something there are always people who will dislike you just because they are having a bad day and they want to share the misery, so for that sort of negativity you need to shield yourself from it.
Your advice is good for everyday non-real estate people. It's good to look forward; it's good to choose positivity; it's good to eliminate negative influences in your immediate space or in your life. How can you not succeed in anything by doing that?!
