I made a landfall Isu deck when it first came out and it is one of my favorite decks now, many low cost snow cards become all-stars in the deck. Another underrated commander I believe is Dhalsim, Pliable Pacifist. Reach typal is super fun and interesting.
I have an Aegar deck becuse I mostly don't like Izzet, but this commander seemed different enough to be worth a try. I would say that it is also a fairly low powered commander, which is also a bonus point for me, because I tend to win too often in my play group, so having a lower powered commander i can break out to give other people a better chance at a win is great. Cedric is really interesting. I love that it's not your usual Boros equipment / voltron deck. One good use could be Planeswalkers. Getting a free activation of a minus ability could be quite good. I do also like that you can make copies of non-creatures. Copy your legendary lands? I know they go away, but you could also use them to sacrifice to other abilities. Sacrificing a land is often a cost for powerful abilities.
So I have a Aegar giants/burn deck and a Shadrix “group hug” deck. Both are a lot of fun but I’m still finding the sweet spot for the Aegar deck so it fires off consistently. I highly recommend them both
I made Storvald a menagerie/familiar deck. Lots of "whenever this creature attacks another target creature gains". The creatures he rolls with are basically equipment at that point and is granted a degree of protection from ward while offering him a lot of evasion.
I've been on the fence about converting my Ezuri, Claw of Progress deck to Storvald. Both take advantage of making a small thing big, but at the same time, it feels like a straight downgrade. Ezuri can eventually make things bigger, and I don't see white really adding much.
