Having your own website is SO important as a business owner. Leaving a platform, like Etsy, that drives customers to your products can be scary, but as we have all seen, those platforms are not in your control and have the potential to leave you frustrated, cash strapped and sometimes, suspend your accounts for no reason.
I know that driving traffic to your website can feel like a massive hurdle, but it doesn't have to be! I hope that these 5 tips can help you get the ball rolling on your own website!

As someone who is trying to grow her business, hearing you talk about things that I slack on (Pinterest, email marketing…) is a huge reminder that I’m doing myself a disservice by not being more diligent! Thank you for this! I am currently selling on Etsy, but my sales have slowed way down over previous years, so I need to diversify as much as possible to get sales back up. I want to start my own site, but I have no idea where to start. I'll try all your suggestions and see where the road takes me.

What i feel is that putting your jewelry or art or handmade products on Pinterest, people there go for inspiration or to copy products. Idk if BUYERS go there. Whats your thought? Do u thing IG has more buyers?
