My BIGGEST take away was that the real block to investing in property is MENTAL obstacles, we can really get in our own way with excuses. What was your biggest take away?
My biggest take away from this video is the fact that wealth creation is a MINDSET and habit , I also learned of the 5 ways on how to invest in property and how to make profits out of it, Thank you so much
Thank you so much for this. Just what i was looking for. I am just entering this market full of passion and positive thinking. Looking forward to reading the book. My takeaway is finding you both! So much power and beauty in this video and channel.
This is so lovely and so encouraging,I have been in love with property estates,I have never thought we have people like you who are so inspiring in this area, you come out so well and thanks alot,it's my first time to come across you, keep it up!
I have one regret watching this video, and that is not discovering this channel sooner! I’ve always been tentative about investing in property in Zambia so this was eye opening and encouraging! 🤗🤗
A very informative video Natasha, your guest Chisha gave some very insightful tips with a lot of enthusiasm in her voice looking forward to the next part of this discussion. May I also suggest for a future topic, how & where to find professional architects and builders in Zambia, for ppl in the diaspora it's a little tough to find someone trust worthy. Great work as always :)👍🙂
I discovered this channel few weeks ago,it has really improved and changed the way I think Am passionate about real estate investing,I live in Ndola,my take from this broadcast is that it all starts from the mindset,do you have groups I can subscribe to enhance my knowledge?
Charles thank you so much. So sorry to reply so late, unfortunately some messages don't get pushed to the YT app and I see them so late. Please send me an email (details in the description above) and I can add you to my mailing list
This is a very informative video. I'd really love to learn more. But I've been trying to get the book using the link in the description but its failing, something about the IP address failing. So I'm kindly asking for information on where else I can get it
My biggest takeaway was the discussion on HMOs and student accommodations. I was really convinced HMOs can work successfully but it's good to know they haven't yet worked successfully. I agree at some point they will and I would love to understand more about why they are currently not working as well. I never thought of students accommodation at all. I. The UK student accommodations have been on the rise and I can see how this can be successful. It would be interesting to see how they are built out in Zambia.
Hey thanks for your insightful comment about your biggest take away! Student accommodation has been very successful in Zambia and really speaks to the demographics of the country (young and growing population). Let's keep an eye on HMO model 😊
