I Thank you Crystal! I don’t eat fried foods and I stay very minimal on carbs. However today was extremely stressful and I bought a Chick-fil-A sandwich with fries.😔 I have not had that in years. I was about to take another bite when you said “pay attention to what you eat because what you eat could be stealing your years” OUCH! I will be 59 tomorrow and I am not going to let anything steal whatever years God has left for me.
