great job! showing this at our sales meeting in the morning. working on an MBA, mom just got diagnosed with cancer, working 70hrs a week and you know what? I got this! I listen every morning on my commute to something u say. just found your vids a week ago. keep it up. I appreciate you!
Best wishes, Andrew Hovenden, to you and your mom. Hope you have watched The Truth About Cancer or read some of Ty Bollinger's work. Glad we have Brendon injecting new life into us. We have to keep on and doing so with inspiration is so much better than simply dragging ourselves through another day.
Embrace the struggle & honor the struggle because that is where our growth is! This is where we find our strength & unlock our capacity to mange adversity! Brilliant Brendon!
All great tips. Id have to say that my favorite is remembering that you aren't the only one who has dealt with that thing. It isn't the end and there are resources out there for you!!!
i don't know how to thank you , whenever i really needed some push or advice your thoughts have always come to rescue. all i can do is thank you billion times for always guiding me and finding solutions of complex things. thanks a lot ..........
1. Have confidence you will figure this out, i.e. there is a self-help book for this, 2. Have perspective, i.e. somebody else has dealt with this and what has worked for you before, 3. schedule action, i.e. figure out three habits to deal with it everyday, 4. Ask for help as soon as possible, i.e. talk to friends and colleagues for advice, 5. Honor the struggle, i.e. as described in High Performance Habits.
Excellent advice! This guy is very wise and I appreciated him sharing about his brain injury. Scheduling action used to be one of the hardest things for me to do , but it really changed my life. I failed out of college and had a major spine surgery. Even something like taking a shower was the hardest thing in the world for me to do. Now I’m back in school and getting As because I schedule study time every day. And I have no back pain and full range of motion because I schedule time to do my exercises every day too. If I stopped, it makes it harder to start again. Things don’t get better overnight. But working on it a little every day will eventually get you there.
Good morning Brendon, I have been following you for a while and acting on your counsel. I know that all the adversity I currently experience is due to my failure to be accountable for my life, so the consequence is that life is now happening for me in order to get better to drive me towards the life I desire. Thank you Brendon, you are truly a great man and I wish you a long, healthy and prosperous life. Thank you.
Brendon, thank you for taking the time to make your videos. I view your videos because they are enjoyable and I always get something from them. You are a help to me and I will try to help others because of you.

I keep coming back for more! Pow!! You really inspire me to make the best of all my situations! I down loaded 10 Steps To Achieving Anything Faster yesterday! I sat and did the worksheet and I was flying high. Funny because dreaming big was what I did as a kid and I have made many of those my reality! IT HAS ALWAY WAS MY REALITY! Thank you so much for bringing realization to the forefront! Thank you Brendon!
You have the most amazing energy field. Thank you Brendon Burchard I laughed till my eyes disappeared! I can't wait to start a new routine and change everything to Maximum Efficiency Burchard Full Charge Energy Mode. #FistPound #BBBomBSquad
Timely. Shoved off a truck several weeks ago. Worst of it is not the broken bones and joints, which have been replaced or are mending. It's other complications, loss of dwelling, loss of an animal I love ( so far not found), and lack of help. Feel so alone. But! Agree with the points presented here, and planning on moving forward, because what other way is there to move? And would dearly love to be able to register for WGST--really up my alley. It's the field I want to be coaching in, myself. Perhaps The Donald would like to pay for it? :-) I know you can't know unless you ask!
This material is unparalleled. A book I read with similar content gave me a new lease on life. "Rising From Within: Unlocking Your Innate Power to Conquer Adversity" by Vincent Starling
Just got dumped by my girlfriend. Thought I might watch this, turns out I've already done a lot of these things already. It's good to realize what has been going though.
IMHO, this is an interesting stuff. I've enjoyed watching your video. I really find it OMEGA. Everyone needs to cope with adversity. Nowadays, it's tough to deal with personal issues. However, with regard to the point "ask FOR HELP", today, people don't like to help others out, many selfishness . I wish you all the best in you job and you future endeavors. Keep it up. I'll follow you for sure!!
